After Kuber flashed his Adventurer Guild card, Lena finally understood—she had truly mistaken him.

Lena and her knights lost all their earlier swagger. They knelt obediently before Kuber, like scolded children.

Though deeply humiliating, kneeling was unavoidable. They were at fault first. And with Kuber’s terrifying strength—blocking Lena’s ultimate strike with a single finger—a fight would mean certain doom.

Their lives were in his hands; they could only submit.

Kuber now acted cocky, little A Luo perched atop his head. He waved a hand, pulled a chair from his storage space, and sat down with legs crossed.

Seeing this, Lena’s group grew even more horrified. He must possess either storage-space gear or spatial magic.

If gear, he came from nobility—such items cost a fortune, affordable only to the elite.

If magic, his power was utterly unfathomable.

As unease spread, Lena broke the silence first. She bowed her head decisively.

“Please, Your Excellency, forgive our unintentional mistake. We’ll compensate you handsomely.”

“Oh~? Handsomely? How about one million gold coins?”

Kuber’s demand was outrageous—small sums meant nothing to him. At the number, Lena’s knights nearly collapsed from fear.

“Your Excellency jests. Such wealth is beyond our reach.”

“Huh? Can’t even spare a million? That’s my absolute minimum!”

Kuber shook his head—it was expected. Knights producing a million coins would be absurd. Still, being slashed unprovoked left him bitter. His eyes lingered on the bulge of the female knight’s chest armor. A wicked idea struck him.

“But I might let you go… if I can grope your breasts. It’d heal my wounds. What say you, Captain Lena?”

“......”

Every knight, including Lena, was stunned speechless. No one expected this seemingly upright youth to make such a shameless public demand—how utterly brazen!

Lena took a deep breath and silently closed her eyes.

“All of you—turn around.”

“Lady Lena! Don’t agree!”

Her knights bristled with righteous fury, ready to charge Kuber. Lena silenced them with a shout.

“Quiet! A knight pays for their mistakes!”

“Lady Lena!!!”

Tears streamed down their faces. They obeyed, turning their backs.

Lena stood, walked to Kuber, her face burning crimson. Eyes shut, she unfastened her chest armor. It clanged to the ground.

......

After the indescribable act, Lena reequipped her armor. Face still flushed, she left without a word. Kuber called out, tossing her a card.

“Take this. A magic comms card. Trouble? Call me—I’ll come. Thanks to those breasts, one free favor.”

Lena said nothing, pocketing the card. With horses neighing, she and her knights vanished from Kuber’s sight.
