"I don't want to go to school!"
Lin Feng sat in the living room, clinging tightly to the TV cabinet.
Su Shui grabbed his collar, pulling hard to drag him out.
Lin Feng had been at Su Shui's house for over a week. At first, he claimed he was too tired and needed rest days.
Lin Ning felt sorry for her brother. She let him stay home with Su Shui as a shut-in.
These days, Lin Feng lived the dream: meals served, clothes handed over. He ate, slept, and replayed all of Su Shui's cherished gal games.
Watching her brother slowly turn into another Su Shui, Lin Ning finally snapped. She gave Lin Feng an ultimatum.
"Xiao Feng, no matter what you say—you're going to class today!" Lin Ning stood before him, watching his desperate struggle.
"If you refuse, you can just keep running away from home!" Lin Ning threatened, face blank.
"Sister~" Lin Feng whined from his spot. Lin Ning turned away, scared her heart would soften.
Su Shui knew it was her cue. She yanked Lin Feng upright.
"Just go. Don't make your sister mad~"
"I…" Lin Feng stood head down, shuffling forward inch by inch.
Lin Ning dropped his suitcase and backpack before him.
"Choose: class or home!"
Seeing his sister's real anger, Lin Feng scrambled to shoulder his tiny bag and bolted.
"Wait up! Do you even know where it is?" Su Shui snatched keys from the table and dashed after him.
……
……
In the principal's office of S City No. 1 High School,
"Principal Li, I truly appreciate your help with my child!" Su Shui bowed deeply in his seat.
"Mr. Su, transfers are easy—but jumping straight into our honors class? That's tricky."
A bony old man sipped tea behind the desk, wrinkled hands cradling the cup.
"Yes, yes, I know it's tough. But please, do help us out~" Su Shui murmured, sliding a red envelope onto the floor.
"Oh! Principal, you dropped something!" Su Shui pointed. The principal caught on, pocketed the envelope after a quick weigh, and hid it in his drawer.
"Ah, this? A gift from someone when I was sick~" He grinned wide, wrinkles blooming like a dried chrysanthemum.
"So… about the honors class…"
"Mr. Su, no direct transfers into honors!" The principal leaned back, eyes half-closed.
Lin Feng nearly jumped up—but Su Shui stayed calm. Money talks; the envelope meant results.
After milking the moment, the principal finally spoke.
"But if your child insists… I can arrange a special exam. Decent scores get him in. Grades give me cover."
"Principal, that…" Su Shui hesitated.
"I'll do it!" Lin Feng declared loudly from behind him.
Principal Li blinked up in surprise. Su Shui glanced back too.
Lin Feng shot him a "trust me" look. Su Shui nodded slightly, slipping the red envelope back into his pocket.
"Fine." The principal pulled out test papers. "Do them now."
"Got it!" Lin Feng snatched the papers, shoving Su Shui aside.
"Move. Stand over there!" Su Shui obeyed, watching Lin Feng scribble furiously.
Su Shui planned to sneak hints—but after staring at the questions, he realized he'd forgotten everything since college.
He grabbed a stool, sat aside, and texted Lin Ning.
"How's it going?" Lin Ning messaged on time.
"Okay. He's taking the exam! Was Lin Feng good at studying?"
"Exam? I thought it was just enrollment?"
"Honors class needs high scores."
"No issue. He always ranked first. Unlike you—copying off me nonstop."
"Hey! We're talking about Lin Feng. Why drag me in…"
……
……
Lin Feng finished in three hours. Su Shui chatted with Lin Ning until his phone died.
"Done!" Lin Feng slammed his pen down, pushing papers to the principal.
The principal had been gaming on his computer. Who finishes a full Gaokao mock exam in three hours?
"He probably guessed. If it's trash, I'll dump him in a regular class," he thought, flipping through the pages.
He froze halfway.
Su Shui saw his face. "Too many mistakes…?"
Just as Su Shui reached for the red envelope again, the old man yelled:
"Holy cow! You're Lin Feng? Be here tomorrow!"
……
……
Walking home, Su Shui eyed Lin Feng in awe.
"Never knew you were this good! Over 700 points!"
"Obviously!" Lin Feng puffed his chest, wearing a "praise me" grin.
"Hey, Xiao Feng~" Su Shui beamed sweetly.
"What now?!" Lin Feng flinched. That smile meant trouble. Real anger was easier to handle.
"The transfer money your sister gave me… some's left…" Su Shui flashed a corner of a red envelope.
"What's your plan?"
"She doesn't know. Why not… split it?" Su Shui winked.
"Hehehe—oh! Brother-in-law, you found cash?"
"Found cash?" Su Shui paused. "Right! Lucky me. Let's buy something fun~"
They ducked into an alley. Lin Feng gaped at shelves stacked with gal games inside.
"Whoa! Brother-in-law—is this heaven?!" He rushed in, dazzled by choices.
"Amateur," Su Shui said coolly, arm around Lin Feng's shoulders. They approached the counter.
A bearded man read a novel behind it.
"Old Zhang. My goods ready?" Su Shui asked, all gangster cool.
"Always. Nothing I can't source!" The man slid a black cloth-wrapped box over. Su Shui paid with red bills.
"Appreciate it~"
……
……
"Brother-in-law, what'd you buy?"
"Xiao Feng, shelf stuff's common. This? Hard currency."
Su Shui unwrapped the cloth in a quiet corner.
A deep purple box showed seductive beauties—all sharing one trait: impossible bust sizes.
"A legendary game. You won't find this anywhere. Busty Paradise!"
