“I’ve gotta say, you really dared to make me come here. Aren’t you scared of dying? Class Rep Hanhan isn’t here right now, so let’s hurry and leave. If we wait any longer, we won’t be able to escape.”

Shaking all over, I pushed the door open and walked into the student council room. I looked around, only to find no one there. But instead of feeling relieved, my sense of danger grew even stronger.

I actually hadn’t planned to come after class. But the Fox Demon forced me to. She said she wanted to teach Class Rep Hanhan a lesson. I had no choice. This body isn’t really under my control.

[No way! What the hell are you scared for? She’s just a human! Look at what she did to my little granddaughter. She’s completely wilted. Does she think the Su clan has no foxes left? Today, I’m absolutely going to deal with that class rep. In your modern words, this queen is gonna knead her nice and smooth!]

The Fox Demon was this angry because of Xiao Qing’s expression in the last class. She really might’ve been upset by Class Rep Hanhan. Usually lively and energetic, she had spent the whole lesson slumped over, listless and weak, like she was sick.

That completely triggered the Fox Demon’s overprotective instincts. As the old ancestor, she couldn’t tolerate her great-great-great-great-great... granddaughter being wronged. So she kept making a fuss about coming here for revenge.

I couldn’t really understand that feeling. But I guessed she just couldn’t stand seeing her Su fox clan bullied. Especially by the descendant of a human demon hunter. Maybe it was some kind of pride or honor that people like me just couldn’t understand.

“I just hope you’re not the one who gets kneaded. I really don’t want to experience whatever intimate catfight happens between women.”

As I spoke, I curiously looked over the student council room’s layout, making note of possible escape routes for later.

The setup was pretty simple. One sofa, one desk. It was basically the standard setup for a secretary to dance in. But usually, only President Hanhan worked here. She was a bit of a loner, so the vice president and secretary worked next door.

[Once that woman comes in, don’t worry about anything else. Just burn her with Foxfire.]

“Wouldn’t that just burn her to death?”

I knew how terrifying Foxfire was. Yesterday, with just one brief outburst, everything in the room had turned to ash. With Class Rep Hanhan’s soft, delicate skin, wouldn’t one blast just cook her through?

Roasted human meat... just thinking about it—

Gulp...

Huh? Why did I swallow just now? That had to be the fox instinct. I need to hold back. I need to hold back.

[We’ll eat her arms first, then her legs, then her face, and then... hehehe. Eyes, lungs, pancreas. What delicious little snacks. We’ve got plenty of time to enjoy them.]

The Fox Demon controlled my body into rubbing its hands together, then lightly licked its lips, looking full of anticipation.

“...You’re not serious, are you? W-we can’t eat people...”

I immediately switched to a timid, shrinking posture and spoke with extreme caution.

[Why not? I’ve eaten plenty of humans before. Men, women, old, young. Babies are the most delicious of all. You really should try one.]

The fear on my face vanished in an instant, replaced by a wicked grin.

“We can’t eat people. Eating people is bad... hu-human meat... if you eat too much... it-it gives you diarrhea...”

My expression changed again and again, rapidly switching between my own personality and the Fox Demon’s.

[Hahaha... you really are interesting. Relax. I don’t eat people for no reason. Even causing trouble has to follow reason.]

“That’s good...”

I let out a long breath. I’d almost been scared to death just now. If the Fox Demon really wanted to control this body and eat someone, there was nothing I could do to stop her.

[Then eating one arm should be fine, right?]

“No!”

Right as I was in the middle of this split-personality argument with the Fox Demon, the corner of my eye suddenly caught that little blue notebook on the desk. It was the one Class Rep Hanhan used every morning to write things down. That immediately stirred my curiosity.

This morning, my name had been written down. But for some reason, Class Rep Hanhan had written more than five whole pages in that little notebook. I really wanted to know what she had written. Was it some kind of personal evaluation of me?

With that thought, I curiously opened the notebook to the first page.

Su Su, I want everything of yours...

Su Su, I want everything of yours...

Su Su, I want everything of yours...

Su Su, I want everything of yours...

Su Su, I want everything of yours...

...

...

...

...

Every page, every single page, was the same repetition. With each turn of the page, my body grew colder and colder. A fierce chill wrapped around me, leaving me unable to breathe, unable to move, unable even to make a sound.

All I could do was keep flipping the pages in terrified, mechanical repetition. Only when I reached the end did the notebook slip from my hands and fall to the floor. But my whole body remained frozen there.

“Student Su Su, rummaging through other people’s things is a bad habit, you know.”
