"Hello? Is anyone there?"

Stepping onto the rooftop, I instinctively scanned the area. Never expected a spot like this in a school back in China—straight out of a Japanese anime. The perfect place for budding romances. Countless predecessors had fought their battles here… including that guy who got dismembered.

"You're here. Come, sit."

Following the voice, I turned. Class Rep Hanhan sat perched on the low wall beside the railing, knees drawn to her chest. Her hands clasped her shins; beneath her short skirt, her black-stockinged legs were perfectly framed.

Sunlight poured down in a soft halo. A breeze stirred, making her glossy black hair sway gently. She tilted her head slightly and slowly tucked a stray strand behind her ear.

Damn. Who could resist this?

"Class Rep Hanhan, did you find a way to expel the Fox Demon inside me? She's dormant now—this is the perfect chance."

I sat beside her and got straight to the point. The setting screamed romance, but I knew Class Rep Hanhan wasn't that type. She was stunning, sure, but I felt zero spark. Even if I did, I'd never chase someone so far out of my league.

"Don't rush. Let me tell you a story first."

She shifted slightly closer—but didn't touch me.

"Go ahead," I said, nodding as I watched her elegant profile. Why do people like her always lead with a story?

"You know I'm from a demon-hunter lineage, right?"

"Yeah. That talisman you gave me was proof enough."

"Actually… I'm a descendant of the Zhao Clan—one of the four most powerful demon-hunting families in history. You've probably never heard of them?"

Her words caught me off guard. I hadn't heard of the Zhao Clan—but Hanhan's surname was Lv. And I'd heard she lived alone, no parents.

"Then why is your surname Lv?"

"Because I'm the Zhao Clan's illegitimate daughter. The Clan holds immense power. Their second young master violated my mother, but the incident was buried. To silence it, they forced him to marry her—'lawful wife' erased the crime. But he was no gentleman. In my memory, he never acted as a father. Only beat my mother, day and night. Under that shame… she passed when I was fifteen."

"From then on, men cast a shadow in my heart. I vowed to hate them, to never trust this 'species,' to never love or marry. Later, I took some forgotten ancient texts and minor demon-hunting tools left by Grandfather, left the Zhao Clan, and rebuilt my life here under my mother's name—Hanhan Lv."

Class Rep Hanhan spoke softly. Sympathy slowly welled in my chest. No wonder she was so distant—it all traced back to her upbringing. Growing up with domestic violence… scars like that run deep. Beyond coldness, what other wounds hid inside her?

"I… don't know what to say. Just… wish you happiness."

I turned to her. What a kind girl—hating men yet still giving me that talisman after the Fox Demon possessed me. Without that childhood trauma, she'd have bloomed into a bright, cheerful girl.

"Don't worry. I *will* be happy… because I've already found it."

She turned to me, that mysterious, eerie smile returning.

"Wait—you were harassed by a rich second-gen girl before, right?"

Her smile triggered the memory.

"Yeah. She sent people to corner me, tried to violate me."

"And then?"

"I broke every protruding part of her body… top to bottom~"

She smiled sweetly. A chill slithered up my spine.

Yep. Something was seriously wrong with her.

"T-then… the happiness you mentioned…?" I stammered, dread dawning.

Could it be… yesterday's blood curse?

"Of course—it's *you*, Classmate Su Su. I wrestled all day with my thoughts. I swore to hate men forever… yet my heart kept circling back to *you*. The more I suppressed it, the stronger it grew. Until I couldn't hold back anymore. I want you. I want your arms around me, your lips on mine… I want *all* of you, Su Su!"

Her expression shattered. The icy composure vanished—replaced by manic frenzy. Her mouth stretched into an unnatural grin. Her eyes locked onto mine, glowing faintly crimson.

"Class Rep Hanhan, you can't! What about your vow?!"

Terrified, I tumbled off the wall, scrambling backward on hands and feet.

"Of course I remember. I swore a blood oath in my mother's name—I *can't* break it. But… what if Su Su… just wasn't a boy anymore?"

Slowly, she reached behind her back. Pulled out a paper cutter. With her thumb, she clicked the blade out—inch by inch—its edge flashing cold steel.

"W-what are you doing?!"

Her scorching gaze dropped. My already-shrunk manhood instinctively retreated deeper.

"Cut off your manhood. Then I can have your love. Don't worry… this blade is *very* sharp."
