The Grand Tapestry of Human Unification
update icon Updated at 2026/1/2 5:30:02

The story is set three thousand years after the fusion of the fantasy world and the modern world.

Before fusion, the modern world was tech-dominated. Humanity held unshakable supremacy there.

Meanwhile, the fantasy world thrived in a golden age of clashing philosophies.

It was divided into multiple races.

Humans had three major nations: the Dorinmos Empire, the Linjuedora Kingdom, and the Jueleshasi Republic.

The Dorinmos Empire upheld a slave-feudal system. Nobles were deemed superior to commoners—a core belief.

The Linjuedora Kingdom was the strongest militarily. Here, raw power decided leadership—much like China’s Yuan Dynasty.

The Jueleshasi Republic was the most harmonious and peace-loving, practicing democracy. Thus, it clashed fiercely with the Dorinmos Empire.

During the Great Fusion, these nations appeared on a massive island between China and Japan. This split the neighboring countries apart. Earth doubled in size from the fusion.

The Jueleshasi Republic integrated rapidly with the modern world, far outpacing the others.

The remaining two nations rejected the fusion era. They stayed rooted in ancient magic.

In the modern world, nations like China and Russia embraced fusion, learning and merging mutually. Countries like the US fused with the fantasy realm instead. Half-human beings became extremely common there.

This was humanity’s general landscape. Humans stayed relatively united—a truth proven perfectly in the Second Magic War.

The Demon Realm’s armies swept the globe, facing little resistance. Led by the Demon Sovereign, they crushed the once-invincible Dark Night Great Demon Clan.

But when they reached humanity, humans united tightly like a single rope. This owed to UN mediation and their resolve to avoid other races’ fates.

Humans then allied with the Five Spirits Clan and White Dragon Clan to defeat the demons. Unexpectedly—the Demon Sovereign departed.

The three races easily crushed the leaderless demon forces. They signed a non-aggression pact.

Level divisions were roughly as follows:

1: Magic Apprentice—those with magic potential but no spellcasting ability. No sub-levels.

2: Junior Magician—those mastering basic magic. No sub-levels.

3: Intermediate Magician—those mastering intermediate magic. Sub-levels varied in magical essence: Magic Adept, Magic Master, Magic Spirit, Spirit Transcender.

4: Senior Magician—true powerhouses. Sub-levels: Sage, Great Sage, Grandmaster, Crowned King, Emperor. They wielded unique domains, varying in strength by rank.

5: Semi-Sage and Holy Rank—a nation’s symbol of strength. Most Beast Spirit Guards and Nulin members of the Beast Kingdom were Semi-Sages. National leaders held Holy Rank. At this stage, one’s entire being saw significant enhancement. Sub-levels undetailed.

6: Divine Realm—exemplified by the Ancient Five Ancestors. Sub-levels undetailed.
