I quickly let go of Sunny Su's arm and dashed out.

"Class Rep, till we meet again!"

Sunny Su could only watch me run away, shouting angrily, "Li Ze, when you come to class tomorrow, be ready for me to give you a good thrashing!"

Hearing her shouts behind me, I still left without looking back.

I hadn't taken more than a few steps when my phone suddenly rang...

A familiar voice came through. "My dear son~ Hurry to the school gate! Your dad and I are here to pick you up!"

"Mom, can you not use that tone... By the way, no classes this afternoon after registration?"

"Hmm~ Clearly you didn't listen to the teacher. Son, that's not right!"

"So, no classes?"

"Definitely not! Hurry out. I have a surprise for you too!"

"Okay, got it. Hanging up now—I'll be right there."

"Okay~ Hurry up, bye-bye!"

I hung up and headed for the gate.

I walked for ages... but still hadn't reached it. This school must be huge, right?

I'd never admit I got lost from running too far!

After a wave of self-deprecating thoughts, I closed my eyes.

Ding— The sounds around me vanished. I knew my Superpower was activating. Instantly, a 3D map of the five-kilometer area filled my mind, crowded with moving people.

I quickly located my mom. Near her spot, I spotted an empty corner.

I silently chanted: Teleport...

Even with eyes shut tight, I felt my position shift. Mom was now only ten meters away.

Blindly following the mental map, I walked to her side.

"Xiao Ze? What's wrong? Why are your eyes closed?"

Hearing her voice, I deactivated my Superpower.

"Mom, help me out. I can't see clearly right now..."

Of course, I have Superpowers. But every Superpower has side effects. Teleportation drains one-third of my stamina instantly. The ability I just used costs me one minute of vision.

The worst side effect? I can't drink alcohol—not even a drop of beer. I'd pass out instantly. Honestly, I avoid parties anyway by making excuses.

Led by Mom, I sat in the car. Barely seconds later, a familiar voice came from beside me.

"Senior Li Ze?!"

By then, my vision had recovered slightly. The person next to me was... Lin Yuxuan!

Only one explanation made sense.

"Huh? Xiao Ze, you know Yuxuan? He's so shy—I haven't even greeted him properly... I'm jealous!" Mom puffed her cheeks, glaring at me with mock anger.

Uncle Lin chuckled. "You two get along well. I was worried yesterday Yuxuan might not click with you, but now I'm relieved."

"So... I'm Yuxuan's older brother?" I said, dumbfounded.

Lin Yuxuan gasped. "Then... is Senior Li Ze my older brother?"

Mom wagged her finger. "Not 'senior'—'older brother'!"

Lin Yuxuan whispered softly, "Brother Li Ze... Brother?"
