Ah~!

Xia Chuan Yuan yawned as he arrived at school.

Yesterday, after deciding what to write, he started sketching in his notebook. When time neared, he left the club room, said goodbye to the girls, and slipped away from Miyu Narumi’s sight.

All night, Xia Chuan Yuan grew more excited. Sudden ideas spun his brain at high speed—he stayed up without sleep.

His body felt no fatigue, but his mind was weary, a tiredness no rest could fix. So he felt slightly drowsy.

That night—not too long, not too short—he’d sketched an outline in the club room. At home, he typed thirty thousand words on his computer.

For the first volume, he’d planned one hundred twenty thousand words. Thirty thousand was only a quarter done.

For "The Accelerating Forbidden Magic," he aimed for three to four million words. It blended several long novels; even after smoothing inconsistencies, it’d be massive.

"Yuan-kun, you look tired!" Chiyo Shimotani turned to him, concerned after seeing his yawn.

"It’s nothing. Just stayed up late yesterday with some things. A little tired, but fine."

Morning classes were packed: Chinese, math, English, science. Afternoon was lighter—two PE classes, then clubs.

Xia Chuan Yuan didn’t worry about the subjects. Crucial for exams, yes—but for him, who recalled ancient memories and survived the Abyssal Demon Realm, they were passing clouds. No pressure.

Watching classmates study hard—taking notes, reading books—he pulled out his notebook and drafted more.

In four classes, he sketched main characters on blank pages. Previous works helped; designs came easily.

He redrew old characters, tweaked them, optimized. Soon, four or five designs for "The Accelerating Forbidden Magic" filled the pages.

In his past life, Xia Chuan Yuan barely drew. Simple doodles, yes; complex art, no. Just "Basic Drawing Technique Mastery." Same for writing: "Basic Writing Technique Mastery."

But now, he turned his head. The lifelike figures stunned him. Drawing felt so simple—he’d never drawn this well!

Ding-ding-ding-ding!!!

Lunchtime. Morning classes ended. Xia Chuan Yuan stretched; time had flown.

He didn’t rush to the cafeteria. Too crowded now. He waited five minutes at his seat—half the class had left.

Most students went home for lunch and naps. Some ate at school first. Today, Xia Chuan Yuan would eat and rest here. Alone at home, no meals waited. Not going back was fine.

A commotion erupted at the back door. Shouts from boys, gasps from girls.

Miyu Narumi and Miyabi Mizuki appeared. No wonder—their beauty drew whistles and sighs.

Trouble, Xia Chuan Yuan thought. Last time they visited, no crowd gathered. Now, so many people... and they likely sought him. Tomorrow’s rumors would spread—like the gossip about him being a hidden handsome guy.

They walked to his seat. Gasps rose. Two girls, one boy—tomorrow wouldn’t be peaceful.
