"Sigh, it's like talking to a wall..."

Turing shrugged dismissively at Maria's words.

"Heh."

Maria awkwardly chuckled.

"Don't worry, this royal prison... I've checked it out for you, the conditions are excellent."

"Each prison cell is at least a double room, everyone has their own bedroom, plus there are three bedrooms, a living room, a private kitchen, and a private bathroom."

"Although there are no electronic devices here, there are basic entertainment facilities such as a football field, basketball court, and a library."

"The daily labor is only symbolic for an hour, the rest of the time you can arrange as you wish."

"There are over eight hundred inmates in total, plenty of living space. Also, the prison has a variety of shops that support cash purchases, and there are educational institutions inside for inmates to learn skills and pass the time."

"If you behave well in prison, you will receive a monthly allowance to help you reform..."

"Hmph..."

However, in the face of Maria's incessant introduction, Turing just gave a light hum.

Seeing Turing's reaction, Maria couldn't help but find it funny and became intrigued.

"Heh, tell me..."

"...Wrongfully imprisoned, aren't you angry?"

Peering through the peephole on the iron door, looking at Turing sitting on the chair obediently, like a well-behaved child with his feet dangling, Maria seemed surprised and relieved, giving a faint smile.

"Do I look like I'm not angry?"

Maria looked at Turing's side profile as pure as snow and shook her head lightly.

"Mm-hmm."

"You've changed. At the very least, you wouldn't have acted this way before."

"If it were back in Red Port, if you were wronged like this, you wouldn't have let it go without seeking revenge and retribution."

"Now... hmph, unconsciously, you seem to have taken on a more docile appearance."

"Heh, just kidding."

"In short, your murderous aura has indeed lessened, and you have become more adaptable."

"Before, I was worried that if you became a social outcast who couldn't interact with others, how would that be managed..."

"Now, it seems, I was completely wrong to worry."

With one hand holding onto the prison car, standing on one leg on the axle, Maria looked through the peephole, smiling affectionately at Turing.

In the midst of their conversation, the outside of the prison car gradually became noisy.

Several prison guards rushed over, armed to the teeth, with only their eyes visible.

They held swords and shields, nervously opening the prison car, gathering in front of Turing, one by one opening the door and boarding the car.

In groups of three or five, they communicated through gestures and eye contact, surrounding Turing in the center and escorting him off the vehicle.

"Uh, Your Holiness?"

One of the guards who seemed to be the leader paused in front of the smiling Maria, respectfully saluting and greeting.

Seeing Maria's sudden arrival, she was a bit puzzled, unsure if this supreme authority figure had instructed them to continue escorting Turing.

"Why are you looking at me?"

"Just keep doing what you're supposed to do."

"Oh, okay..."

Upon hearing Maria's words, the prison guard breathed a sigh of relief and joined the team escorting Turing.

"Hey, Maria!"

After walking a good distance, Turing, who was about to enter the massive prison, suddenly turned around and shouted at Maria.

"Remember to have Merka come see me!"

"I have something to tell him!"

Seeing Turing's face, blending in with the many guards in the distance, Maria smiled knowingly.

"Alright—!"

Maria responded.

Finally entering the territory of the Royal Prison, Turing watched as Maria disappeared from view, gradually withdrawing his gaze and surveying his surroundings, taking in the environment of this royal prison.

White marble was the dominant architectural style here, with precious materials like obsidian and igneous rock scattered throughout as if they were free. Together, they formed almost indestructible walls.

The towering white walls surrounding the prison were rough and vast, resembling the fingers of a buddha's hand, firmly gripping the small prison.

"Don't make things difficult for us, Miss Altria."

Seeing Turing scrutinizing the prison walls as if they were fragile cardboard, a bead of sweat formed on the guard's forehead.

The lead guard approached, respectfully bowed as if to a noble, and removed the shackles from Turing, replacing them with a strange bracelet.

"This bracelet is called the Discipline, a product of magic and technology."

"Magic is forbidden in the prison, and as long as there is even a slight magical fluctuation from you, it will detect it and report your location to us in real-time."

"I know this precaution may not be much to you, but don't underestimate our security forces too much."

"As long as you follow the rules, we will try to treat you as well as we can."

"Decency goes both ways, right?"
