City of Greed!
200th floor!
In the vast space, two figures suddenly appeared, Bexia and Yue. They glanced around and saw the towering tower in front, with countless practitioners coming and going from the tower.
"Let's go! That's the trading post over there!" Yue had been here before, so he led Bexia into the tower with ease.
The tower had numerous light gates, and each gate led to an independent space with vast size.
"Welcome, esteemed guests. May I inquire what items the two esteemed guests are looking to sell?" A figure with an iron mask draped in a black robe appeared before Bexia.
"I might have quite a lot to sell..." Bexia remarked, seeing only one person.
"Not to worry, we are professionally trained and can appraise items quickly. Rest assured, we will provide the fastest service to our guests!" the masked figure replied.
"Good!" Bexia waved her hand, opening a huge crack in the subspace this time, spanning a hundred meters. A large quantity of weapons and equipment fell out, emitting various colored law runes, filling the surrounding space.
As an eternal-level being and the commander of an angelic legion, Arahtys had accumulated so many items that Bexia couldn't keep count. Especially these immortal-level divine artifacts, which were originally the spoils of the angelic legion but had become Arahtys's spoils.
Bexia hadn't precisely counted how many immortal-level divine artifacts there were, but it was probably no less than thirty thousand. Moreover, these were just Arahtys's ordinary collection. The truly valuable items hadn't been taken out by Bexia, even an eternal-level divine artifact.
"This..." The masked figure was quite dumbfounded by the mountain-like arsenal of weapons and equipment before him. He had thought that presenting dozens or hundreds of items would suffice, but to bring out so many all at once was beyond his imagination. Probably, in his entire previous life, he had never seen this many immortal-level divine artifacts.
"No problem, right?" Bexia asked the masked figure.
"None at all! Please wait a moment, esteemed guest!" The masked figure quickly collected himself. After all, he had received professional training. He clapped his hands, and a black crow perched on his shoulder, seeming to whisper something in a low voice. After a "caw!" from the crow, it turned into black smoke and vanished.
"Swoosh, swoosh, swoosh!" After a few breaths, hundreds of shadows suddenly appeared, each one dressed exactly like the masked figure. They began to count the immortal-level divine artifacts on the ground like puppets.
"Please wait a moment, esteemed guest!" The masked figure said respectfully, snapping his fingers. A square table and two chairs appeared next to Bexia, with a pot of steaming tea on top.
"Guests, please rest here for a moment!" The masked figure poured a cup of scalding hot tea for Bexia and Yue, and a rich aroma rose with the steam.
"Alright!" Bexia didn't refuse, after all, sitting was better than standing!
"It seems I underestimated you. You're really quite wealthy!" Yue stared at Bexia in astonishment, truly taken aback by the tens of thousands of immortal artifacts.
"If you marry me, all of these will be yours too!" Bexia teased.
"Get lost! Even if I starve to death one day, I still won't marry you!" Yue snapped, telling Bexia to scram.
"Hehe!" Bexia chuckled and took a sip from her tea cup.
"Speaking of which, aren't you already at the limit of a Saint now? What do you need to help you break through?" Bexia suddenly asked.
"No, not yet. I haven't even formed my domain, so it's impossible for me to break through to immortality!" Yue replied.
"You haven't formed your domain yet?" Bexia was somewhat surprised, but upon reflection, it seemed true that Yue had never shown her domain skills.
"Comprehending the Law of Cause and Effect is so difficult, and I still need to condense it into a domain space..." Yue said with a hint of emotion, as the Law of Cause and Effect was no less than a supreme law on par with space-time, and its mysteries were very difficult to comprehend.
"I'll introduce you to my sister when the opportunity arises. She is a master of the Law of Cause and Effect!" Bexia said.
"Your sister? The one from before?"
"No, it's another one. I have quite a few sisters!" Bexia shook her head, thinking that Lady Cloud seemed to have been absent lately, but she didn't need to worry about her whereabouts.
"Speaking of which, I don't know much about your family? Anyway, I'm bored, so tell me about it!" Yue propped up her little head, looking extremely bored.
"I don't know how to put it..." Bexia couldn't possibly say that her sisters were all on the level of supreme gods, residing at the top of the cosmic dimensions, guarding the World Tree.
Not to mention being thought of as crazy, no one would believe her if she said it anyway.
"Just tell me about the strength of your sisters!" Yue asked.
"Their strength... well, I'm the weakest, they should all be Gods of Immortality!" Bexia was not sure what level reaching the status of a supreme god meant, but it was definitely higher than an Immortal God. Her sisters might even be on the level of creators.
"I can see that. You're not as powerful as me!" Yue glanced at Bexia, who, without the support of Christine, had only reached the level of a Sovereign.
"So, how many sisters do you have in total?" Yue asked, as the concept of immortality seemed rather ordinary to her, considering that at least Saints started off that way in the Blood Wolf Clan. Would there be a shortage of Immortals?
"Twelve!" Bexia replied, there was nothing to conceal about that.
"What? Twelve!" Yue looked meaningfully at Bexia and said, "That's quite a pressure on you!"
"Pressure?!" Bexia was puzzled, wondering if Yue had misunderstood something. Did her sisters really bring pressure on her?
"Sir, your items have been processed, totaling 12 million fragments of the Law!" said the masked person approaching.
"Good! Let's settle it then!" Bexia nodded. Though 12 million Law fragments were not few, what he was crafting was not just a weapon, but a colossal warship with tremendous materials.
"Please wait a moment, sir!" The masked person bowed and signaled a black crow to deliver a message. Shortly after, a dozen or so towering giants each carrying a box emerged from the darkness, placing the boxes in front of Bexia.
"Please verify the contents, sir!" the masked person said.
With a total of twelve boxes, each containing a million fragments of the Law, amounting to a total of 12 million, Bexia trusted that the other party couldn't be deceptive in such matters, so he directly stored them into his subspace.
"May I ask where I can buy materials to make an Immortal-class battleship?" Bexia asked as she put away the box, facing the masked figure.
"You can go directly to the Free Trade Market on the one hundredth floor, where a large trade fair will be held soon if you are interested!" The masked figure was quite enthusiastic towards Bexia due to the benefits she had brought him.
"Oh! Thank you for letting me know!"
