What LingFan didn't notice was that when he left leisurely, Su Moran was at the second-floor window, pulling open a little curtain, and watching his departing figure until he completely disappeared from sight.

Su Wen holds the notebook left behind by LingFan, flipping through it casually, and then brings it upstairs to give it to Su Moran.

"This is the notebook LingFan left for you, have a good look at it." Su Wen handed the notebook to Su Moran and then left the room.

"Brother Ling's?" Su Moran sat down at the table, holding the notebook, and opened it.

LingFan fumbled his way to find the location of the forested garden, casually arrived at a restaurant and solved his own lunch.

Hoping for a smooth afternoon as well. Could the goddess of fortune be favoring me? LingFan appeared calm on the surface, but in his heart, he was overjoyed. LingFan started to consider buying a lottery ticket in the afternoon.

Time flew quickly, and in the blink of an eye, it was already 2:30 in the afternoon. LingFan finally arrived at the forested garden on time. The community lived up to its name with its lush greenery. LingFan almost got lost and with the help of several passers-by, managed to find the address.

Looking at the three-story villa under the tall trees, LingFan once again sighed at the ugly face of capitalism.

Back in the days, I, LingFan... Just when LingFan was about to make some sarcastic remarks, he noticed two tall, strong bodyguards at the entrance. Taking a look at his own thin arms and legs, he wisely shut his mouth.

A true warrior does not dwell on the past glories.

Thinking about it, LingFan approached the entrance, thought for a moment, and decided to call the man he met yesterday afternoon.

The call was quickly connected without any issues. A middle-aged man in a suit came out of the house, frowning slightly when he saw that LingFan was just a young middle school student.

However, it must be said that LingFan's outfit - which appeared to be that of a top student - did catch the man's attention. After some hesitation, the man decides to come out and greet LingFan.

LingFan naturally noticed the man's hesitation but didn't mind; it was understandable after all.

"Are you LingFan? I'm Xu Zhonghao." After introducing himself, Xu Zhonghao extended a hand towards LingFan.

"Good afternoon, Uncle Xu. I am LingFan, a student in Class 221, Grade 8 at Moral Education Middle School." LingFan confidently shook hands with Xu Zhonghao, not being overly humble nor aggressive.

"221? If the last digit is 1, that means you're in the key class. You're a promising young man!" Xu Zhonghao's eyes twitched involuntarily as he looked sharply at LingFan.

"Uncle Xu, you're too kind. It just so happens that my grades are a bit better than others." LingFan indeed felt no pressure, as he wasn't a novice in dealing with such situations, even though he looked young on the outside.

"Since that's the case, I'm willing to give you a chance. Come in with me." Xu Zhonghao led LingFan through the bodyguards, who did not follow them inside but simply stood guard outside.

Xu Zhonghao was a well-known figure in Jinyun City's business world and even ranked highly in the province. He was familiar with the prestigious middle school. However, his own child couldn't get into the school, and he regretted it. Although his daughter now attended a prestigious private school, he was always looking for ways to offer her better education, like finding a good tutor. Looking at LingFan behind him, Xu Zhonghao decided they could give him a trial lesson. If he proved to be a top student, maybe he had what it took to teach his daughter.Unlike most parents, Xu Zhonghao has looked into the moral education key class and knows that getting in requires strong qualifications, good grades and character. He doesn't even want to think about it. Mr. Xu admits that he is not short of money, but he couldn't get his child into the improvement class, let alone the key class. Fortunately, few of his friends' children are in the improvement class either.

Grades are the biggest problem! Xu Zhonghao has thought about this issue more than once. While Xu Zhonghao's mind was filled with various messy questions, LingFan glanced at the interior decoration for a few moments. Although he didn't know much about decoration, his first reaction was: Wow, this family is really rich.

LingFan felt that even if he sold himself, he might not be able to afford the sofa and tea table in front of him. "LingFan, sit down for a while. I'll call Yanran over. Oh, by the way, your student is my daughter, Xu Yanran, who is in the first grade of junior high school."

"I got it, Uncle Xu."

Xu Zhonghao was about to make a call, but seemed to think of something, and turned around again. "LingFan, I hope you perform well. My daughter's personality is not very obedient and may cause some trouble. Of course, if both parties are satisfied with the trial class, we can discuss the salary, money is not a problem." Xu Zhonghao finished speaking with a constipated look.

Wow, I love bosses like this. Does the boss need a godson?

Of course, LingFan would never say his thoughts out loud. "Uncle Xu, don't worry, this is not my first time teaching." LingFan confidently replied.

"Good, I like confident young people." Xu Zhonghao left those words and went out to make a call.

Before long, LingFan heard Xu Zhonghao's voice, but couldn't make out what he was saying. His emotions seemed a bit agitated. "Did he have a fight with his own daughter?" LingFan wondered, but didn't think too much about it. It wasn't something he needed to worry about.

With nothing to do, LingFan opened his attribute panel and found that the previously grayed-out Charisma column had been brightened up by about 70-80%. What's going on? LingFan touched his chin and started to ponder. Could it be that today's smooth progress is related to the brightening of the Charisma value?

Before LingFan could think deeply, Xu Zhonghao came back in. "LingFan, you may need to wait for a while. Yanran is playing outside with her classmates, and I just called her back."

"I told her about this afternoon's arrangements in advance, but she still didn't listen." Xu Zhonghao added, fearing that LingFan might misunderstand.

"It's okay, Uncle Xu, I'll just wait a while." LingFan wasn't anxious, as he didn't have anything else to do today.

At this time, the Xu family's servant brought two cups of tea and placed them in front of LingFan and Xu Zhonghao. "I've sent someone to pick up Yanran. She should be here within half an hour. I'll come back later." Xu Zhonghao finished speaking, holding a cup of tea and went upstairs.
