The house was filled with the fragrance of food, the rich aroma of Yukino's beef curry made one's mouth water just from smelling it, and the stomach greedily grumbled.

In the kitchen, Usagi Yui was wearing an apron and helping out.

In the living room, Yuki and Mizuo, the two little angels, were sitting at the dining table, eagerly waiting for dinner.

Yes, Mizuo also stayed at the Usagi's house for dinner today.

This should have been a very lively occasion. The mischievous Mizuo was the life of the party, always sharing interesting stories from school or strange encounters, making Uesugi Tano laugh heartily.

Mizuo's completely opposite personality from Yuki's made their time together never dull.

But today, Mizuo seemed different from her usual lively self, like a student who had done something wrong, nervous and hesitant, barely speaking too loudly.

She quietly sat there, obedient and well-behaved, as if exchanging personalities with Yuki.

This directly affected the atmosphere at the dinner table, which was not as cheerful as usual.

The Uesugi couple didn't notice anything wrong; they thought the children seemed a bit tired because they had just started a new school year and had received a lot of new information to digest.

To liven things up, Uesugi Tano tried to tell a few jokes, but no one found them amusing. Instead, the awkwardness of the situation made everyone finally burst out laughing.

Though the process didn't go as Uesugi Tano had hoped, it unexpectedly achieved the desired result in the end.

After dinner, Usagi Yui hinted with her eyes for Yuki and Mizuo to gather in Chongzong's room.

Seeing everyone's movements, Chongzong understood and soon found an opportunity to return to his room.

Honestly, he was quite surprised because Usagi Yui had only mentioned it casually on the phone, not expecting the actual action to happen so quickly, with a plan to discuss and implement it that very night.

When he entered the room, Usagi Yui and the others were already seated, looking prepared for something impactful.

This sudden and overwhelming scene left Chongzong feeling a bit lost, unsure of what this setup was all about.

Usagi Yui coughed awkwardly, then gestured towards the door, signaling for Chongzong to close it.

After Chongzong closed the door, Usagi Yui used her eyes to indicate for Chongzong to sit at the edge of the bed.

At this point, all the attendees in the room (Chongzong's room) completed the seating arrangement.

Usagi Yui sat on the chair by Chongzong's desk, which was the highest seat in the room in terms of altitude.

Next was Chongzong, sitting on the bed, at the second-highest altitude in the room.

Next are Yuki and Mizuo, sitting cross-legged on floor cushions.

The seemingly casual seating arrangement actually reflects the hierarchy of this meeting.

Uesugi Yui is the initiator of the meeting and holds the highest authority in decision-making.

Chongzong is a key executor of the meeting's decisions, so his suggestions will be given higher priority.

Yuki and Mizuo are both victims and parties involved, so they are mainly attendees.

Although the seating was not deliberately arranged, with the positions taken only following a casual hint from Uesugi Yui's eyes, it's evident that the meeting organized by Uesugi Yui is more formal than the one organized by Chongzong.

And so, this formal (but everyone is in pajamas) impromptu combat discussion meeting began.
