Dou Gu rushed to the Sleepless Temple at his fastest speed, "Dear Queen is handling official business." The two guards of the Sleepless Temple stopped Dou Gu.

"It's an urgent matter! How can you two be responsible if there is a delay?" Dou Gu directly rushed in with a quick step.

The two guards followed closely behind Dou Gu, "Dear Queen, he..."

Lily waved her hand, signaling the two to step back.

"Yes, Dear Queen." The two guards bowed and left.

Dou Gu didn't have time for etiquette and hurried to Lily's side, whispering, "Dear Queen, Her Royal Highness...was killed."

"What!" Lily exclaimed, her face turning ugly with intense anger and malice in her eyes. She clenched her fists tightly and gritted her teeth, "Who did it?" she asked.

"I do not know, but when I arrived, Her Royal Highness was already..." Dou Gu lowered his head as he spoke.

Lily put down the official business in her hand. Her hand was glowing with silver light. She waved her hand and then a silver-white teleportation portal appeared. She stepped into it and said to Dou Gu, "Come with me."

Dou Gu nodded and followed her.

Soon the two arrived at the residence of Her Royal Highness, "Where is my mother?" Lily said in a cold and chilling tone that made people shudder.

"In the kitchen."

Lily walked heavily into the kitchen where Ye Li lay on the ground, pale with black and red blood oozing from the corner of her mouth.

"You guys go out. I want to be alone with my mother." Lily said to the Ghost and Dou Gu behind her. Upon hearing it, the two left respectfully.

Lily hugged Ye Li, tears flowing from her beautiful eyes. She then used magic to examine Ye Li's body, and the tears dropped onto Ye Li's cold arm.

Lily sobbed, "Mother...why did you leave your daughter like this?"

After a long time, Lily wiped away her tears and said, "Mother, forgive my unfilial piety. I cannot let you be buried in time. I MUST catch the killer."

Lily bit her finger and dropped a drop of blood into Ye Li's mouth, beginning to explore Ye Li's body.

Lily controlled her blood to search through Ye Li's body. After a while, she found a dark red sharp corner that was devouring Ye Li's organs.

Without much thought, Lily wrapped it with the blood and brought it out of Ye Li's body. Lily looked at the dark red sharp corner in her hand, and her face became even more gloomy. "So you're the one who killed my mother!" she said.

As soon as Lily entered the kitchen, she could feel Iris' magic aura. Lily did not believe that Iris was the killer, after all, she was her daughter and the granddaughter that her mother loved. There was no reason for Iris to kill Ye Li.

But looking at this dark red sharp corner, Lily was convinced that the killer was her daughter, Iris, and this dark red sharp corner was the evidence.

"Mother, rest assured. I will avenge you." Lily murmured to herself. “I will definitely let you rest in peace."

Lily picked up Ye Li’s body, placed it on a wooden table, and wiped the blood off her face with a clean towel. She then prepared Ye Li's body and placed it in an ice coffin using ice magic.

"Dou Gu, go and bring the prince back. Let her see Her Royal Highness for the last time, and inform Liran Day of everything. Remember, I do not want too many people to know about Her Royal Highness's death."

"Yes, Dear Queen." Dou Gu replied and left.

"Tantra, lead the Shadow Guards to search every room in the castle and within the ten-kilometer radius around it. Look for Iris' footsteps. If found, bring her to me. If she resists, even if you have to break her limbs, bring her to me."

"Yes, Dear Queen." Tantra bowed and began to execute Lily's orders.

"Dou Jing, tell me everything you know about Her Royal Highness." Lily looked at the Ghost beside her.

"Yes." Dou Jing slightly bowed and said, "When I went into the kitchen, Her Royal Highness was already a cold body. The pot was still cooking the fish that the Princess liked to eat." Dou Jing answered.

At this moment, Tantra led the Shadow Guards to take Iris out of the room. Iris mumbled, "What are you guys doing? You're treating me like a prisoner. Let me go!"

"Dear Queen, Princess Iris is practicing in the room." Tantra answered respectfully.

Lilia slapped Iris directly in the face, causing a loud sound of a slap to echo through the entire castle.

With a "thud," Iris fell to the ground, blood dripping from her mouth.

"Why did you hit me for no reason, Dear Mother?" Iris stood up, holding her burning cheek, and looked at Lilia discontentedly.

"You killed my mother. How can I let you go?" Lilia walked up to Iris, grabbed her collar, and lifted her up to the ice coffin. "My mother treated you well as her granddaughter. Why did you kill her?" Lilia tightened her grip on Iris' collar and squeezed her hard. Then there was a loud noise and next Iris' breastbone was crushed.

“Ah...Ah...” Iris said painfully.

"I....didn't kill my grandmother. I really didn't!" Iris begged painfully. "I didn't..."

"Heh heh." Lilia laughed, ignoring Iris' words. "You didn't kill your grandmother? If you didn’t kill her, why did she have this dark red edge and corner in her body? This dark red edge and corner also has your magic breath on it."

Lilia took out the dark red edge and corner and threw it in front of Iris. "This is the evidence that you killed your grandmother."

"I couldn't have killed her. How could I do that? Grandmother is the closest person to me! I couldn't have killed her. I was framed, Dear Mother..." Iris firmly denied, even though her magic breath was all over the dark red edge and corner.

"At this point, you still won't admit it? You have a really strong mouth." Lilia said. And then she took out a silver needle and stabbed it into Iris' neck, and injected magic around the needle.

"Oof!" The silver needle pierced the skin, and blood immediately spurted out.

"Tell me how you killed my mother, otherwise this silver needle will continue to bleed. Don't think that just because you're my daughter, I won't dare to kill you."

Iris was trembling, but she absolutely couldn't admit to killing her grandmother. Once she did, she would become the culprit who killed her family member, and Iris didn't want to carry that infamy for eternity.
