After breakfast, Liao Luo was naturally in a pretty foul mood.

Aileen had gone to change in the fitting room. Liao Luo sat on the long sofa, enduring the shop assistants’ abuse.

The shop assistants shook their heads. “There are so few people around these days. Who’s going to make clothes specifically for Humans? But if you don’t mind, you could try beastfolk clothes. As long as you ignore the hole in the seat, a person should be able to wear them, right?”

Liao Luo was stunned. “I paid for clothes, and you’re not even going to patch the hole in the seat? What am I supposed to do about those two missing pieces of fabric?”

But Aileen clearly thought it would work.

One of the shop assistants soon brought over some clothes and held them up against Liao Luo. They actually fit quite well.

That was, if you ignored the hole in the seat.

“Isn’t this great?” Aileen clasped her hands together, looking delighted. “All right, let’s go get something to eat on the street, meow!”

Without caring what Liao Luo thought, she scooped him up and left.
