"An Han? An Han!"

An Han groggily opened his eyes—only to find a giant face looming inches from his own.

His hair stood on end. Instinctively, he threw a punch.

But Wu Dongming sidestepped with a mischievous grin and leaned closer. "How'd you get back last night? I even went to the hotel this morning. The owner said you'd already checked out."

"Get lost!" An Han snapped.

"You didn't run back in women's clothes, did you?" Wu Dongming teased. "Your roommates must've seen everything."

"I never cross-dress! Stop spreading rumors!"

An Han would never admit last night's incident. If it got out, Long Xing might realize the girl he fell for was actually him—and Wu Dongming would have leverage. As long as he denied it firmly, Wu couldn't prove a thing.

"You expect me to come back naked?"

"Are you dumb? Couldn't I ask someone to bring my clothes to the hotel?" An Han stretched, rubbed his blurry eyes, then fixed Wu Dongming with a gaze brimming with vengeance.

Even though the task no longer required Wu to cross-dress, An Han still wanted to shove him into a dress—make him relive last night's humiliation.

"Don't look at me like that! I brought breakfast." Wu Dongming instantly backed down, hopping off the bunk ladder. "It's on your desk. Come eat."

"Not completely heartless, huh," An Han muttered, climbing down and settling at his desk.

A bowl of century egg and pork congee sat beside a tea egg—his usual breakfast.

Wu Dongming obsequiously handed over a cola. "Big bro, ice-cold cola."

"You're acting weird today," An Han shot him a suspicious glance. "Need a favor?"

Sure, Wu had pranked him last night—but in their history of mutual trolling, apologies were rare. Besides, An Han was still the reason Wu's parents thought their son was gay.

"Nah. I just... suddenly find you agreeable."

*Could the Goodwill trait be working?*

"Also," Wu Dongming added quietly, "my parents are visiting next weekend. They want to meet the guy I'm 'dating'..."

An Han's eyes widened. "Oh~"

He waited. No system prompt appeared. His expression flipped instantly. "None of my business! Get lost!"

"This mess is *your* fault! You won't help?"

"You refused to cross-dress for me last night—*and* tried to trick *me* into it. Now you want my help?"

"But you only lost hotel and barbecue money! And you didn't even cross-dress!"

An Han froze. Denying it made the topic tricky.

"Anyway. I'm not helping."

He dipped his spoon into the congee—then paused. The dorm was eerily quiet.

Glancing at the clock: 11 a.m. He scanned the other beds. Only Long Xing snored softly; the other two roommates were gone.

"Dongming, where'd those two jerks go?"

"How should I know? I'm not close with them." Wu Dongming left, leaving only Long Xing's snores behind.

An Han took a few more sips, shot a cautious glance toward Long Xing's bed, then rose and crouched before the wardrobe, searching for last night's hidden outfit.

*Trash it? Return it?*

For a student of modest means, tossing hundreds of yuan felt wasteful. Returning it was tedious—and every extra hour the clothes stayed risked exposure.

"Might as well ditch them."

Money-wise, he'd survive until next month's allowance. He grabbed a trash bag and started stuffing the clothes inside.

*Click.* The door swung open.

His hands froze. He shoved the bag deep into the wardrobe and snapped his head up, voice sharp: "Knock next time!"

Seeing who entered, his posture softened. Guilt flickered across his face as he stood. "Su Peng... what brings you?"

Su Peng blinked, still dazed from the snap. "Need to talk. Busy? I can come back."

"I'm free." An Han quickly called him back. "Wait—come here. I need to talk too."

He closed the wardrobe, gestured outside. "Balcony? Brother Long's sleeping."

"Sure."

Outside, An Han leaned against the sink, arms crossed, watching Su Peng by the railing. Tension coiled in his chest.

*Su Peng saw me last night.*

He had to seal this. Test the waters. Two more years on campus—if "cross-dresser" stuck to his name, peace was over.

"Apprentice~" An Han began earnestly.

"Call *me* dad. Always trying to scam me."

"I taught you Dota. Master or not, you know it." An Han dropped it, uneasy. "You said you needed something?"

Su Peng stepped beside him, mimicking his tone: "Little Han~"

"Spit it out."

"I saw you in women's clothes last night."

"!!!"

*Damn, so blunt?!*

An Han paled, panic flashing across his face.

"This isn't good," Su Peng shook his head gravely. "A healthy guy wearing women's clothes? Little Han... something wrong psychologically?"

An Han seized his wrist, voice urgent. "That wasn't me! It was Long Xing's new girlfriend!"

"Should I ask Long Xing?"

An Han fell silent. His grip tightened on Su Peng's arm. Lips pressed thin, eyes wide with nervous pleading.

Seeing that wronged, near-tearful look, Su Peng's stern act crumbled.

*Why does this infamous weirdo suddenly seem... cute?*

Maybe last night's image haunted him—he felt like he was bullying a flustered girl.

"Kidding." Su Peng waved a hand. "I won't tell anyone."

"Good..."

Relief washed over An Han—then vanished as a task interface flashed before his eyes:
