"Ugh, using the restroom is such a hassle for girls…"

Qiu Li'er wiped herself clean with tissue, then slowly stood up while clutching her skirt.

Beep beep beep!

A flurry of urgent alerts chimed. Muttering under her breath, she opened her phone—C Detective had finally replied.

【Detective: I thought it over. Meeting offline is fine. Honestly, I’m kinda curious what Sexy Fox really looks like…】

【Detective: But two conditions. One: you come alone. No bringing anyone.】

【Qiu Li'er: No problem.】

【Detective: Also… your feed’s been dead way too long! Post a fresh selfie to cheer up your fans!】

A selfie?

Qiu Li'er blinked and glanced around.

Not impossible… but she’d just finished in the stall. This background? Way too questionable. Stepping out to shoot risked running into her roommates—and explaining *that* would be awkward.

Besides her rebirth and the system, those spicy pics were her deepest secret.

"But I’ve got time *now*… wait till dorm? No way." She tapped her chin, then eyes lit up. "Got it! I’ll pull a fast one with an old cute pic!"

Her album held plenty of unpublished selfies—perfect stash for emergencies.

"Hmm~ Too spicy, nope. Not spicy enough, also nope… Mmm… this one!"

She settled on a side-profile shot in school uniform. Nothing flashy at first glance—except two words screaming from the frame: "BIG CHEST."

Big chest? Always the best.

"Let’s see… share to feed… tap." She pressed gently. *Share successful.*

"Phew… Am I really the first to uncover C Detective’s true face?" She exhaled, a flicker of excitement blooming inside.

The system’s tasks were weird, sure—but results didn’t lie. It was kinda reliable.

At least C Detective agreed to help. Maybe she *should* trust it more.

【Detective: Sexy Fox, did you just post?】

【Qiu Li'er: Yep. Fresh pic. Happy now?】

【Detective: Looks good… Wait. Did you post it in the *wrong place*?】

【Qiu Li'er: ???】

Two notifications popped up instantly.

【Yuenina gave your post a sparkling like.】

【Nan Shi gave your post a romantic like.】

"…"

Qiu Li'er lowered her phone slowly, gaze drifting to the ceiling.

Soc… ial… death…

While Qiu Li'er scrambled to delete the post, Nan Shi and Yuenina stared at each other, wide-eyed.

"What *is* this?"

"You tell *me*."

They’d looped this hollow exchange half a dozen times—too stunned to process.

Truth? The pic was undeniably spicy. Made their fists clench. But… the *photographer* was the real issue.

*Sigh…*

Yuenina slammed the table, pointing accusingly at Nan Shi. "This is YOUR fault! You turned Little Fox into this!"

"Eh? W-why?!" Nan Shi looked utterly wronged.

"All your lewd dorm talk! Flaunting your chest, flirting with boundaries—no wonder Little Fox’s acting weird!"

"Wait, Xiao Nini." Nan Shi gestured calmly, wry smile in place. "I’ll take one-third of the blame. Honestly."

"And the other two-thirds?"

"Split logically." Nan Shi turned serious. "First: Little Fox is a fox girl. Remember how she begged Teacher Xi? That shameless act?"

"So… she was always like this?" Yuenina nodded slowly. "Makes sense. She suppressed herself before. Amnesia just unleashed her true self."

"Exactly." Nan Shi’s voice dropped. "The rest? Blame C Detective."

"That phantom on the Net?" Yuenina’s frown deepened. "Right. She chatted with C Detective last night. Must’ve been influenced."

"Obvious conclusion." Nan Shi crossed her arms, resolute. "Only one truth: naive Little Fox was *forced* to post that spicy pic to get C Detective’s help."

"Why post publicly? Why not DM?"

"Uh… common trope in stories," Nan Shi murmured, cheeks flushing. "You know… the *master’s quest*?"

Not *that* dramatic—but close enough.

"I see." Yuenina nodded. Fully convinced.

Truth revealed: C Detective corrupted Qiu Li'er.

Day two, and their precious Little Fox was already being led astray. Sure, amnesia made her vulnerable… but *this* naive?

"So what now?" Yuenina scowled.

Fury burned in her chest—she wanted to drag that lecherous "adult" detective out and punch them senseless. (Never guessing the "detective" was just a 12-year-old girl.)

"Hold on. Little Fox is back."

Qiu Li'er approached hesitantly, like a stray kitten facing strangers.

"Nan Shi, Yuenina—I have good news!"

She jogged closer, then froze under their odd stares. Swallowing hard: "Uh… that pic was an accident. Please don’t—"

"Mm. I get it." Nan Shi nodded flatly. "Tell us the good news first."

Qiu Li'er pointed at her screen. "C Detective agreed to investigate… but she wants an offline meeting first."

"…*What?!*"

Just when it couldn’t get worse.
