"Are you alright?" Chen Yan looked at the adorable Vampire Princess before him. Her alluring appearance made his heart skip. He reached out, hoping a gentle pat on Su Yue’s head might ease her discomfort.

Su Yue’s mind was hazy. A hand approached. An intoxicating scent drew near. Blood still seeped from the wound on Chen Yan’s wrist.

"No… don’t," she whispered weakly, voice faint as a mosquito’s buzz. As the hand neared, heat surged through her body. She longed to tear off every stitch of clothing, to free every inch of skin.

Chen Yan didn’t catch her words. His palm settled atop her head. Silvery-white strands slid like silk beneath his fingers. He stroked gently, savoring the delicate texture.

"Mmm…" The rough warmth of his touch pushed Miss Su Yue past her limit. A tidal wave of bliss flooded her chest, filling her mind. Her toes curled. Fingers gripped the sheets. Her waist arched instinctively. Pleasure—unfamiliar, relentless—rippled through her like ocean tides. A warm, pinkish vapor escaped her lips with soft whimpers. Her eyes grew misty, glistening. Drool traced a silvery thread between fang and tongue.

Chen Yan froze, cheeks flushing. Inexperienced but not naive, he pieced it together from past "study sessions" and *Comprehensive Guide to Non-Human Species*. He knew exactly what was happening.

He tried to pull his hand away. But lost in euphoria, Su Yue nuzzled deeper into his palm. To her, his hand meant safety—like a parent’s touch. Her silvery hair tickled his skin… and his heart. He couldn’t move.

The peak faded, leaving a tender afterglow. Su Yue’s nose tingled—not with sadness, but overwhelming warmth. Exhausted… yet deeply comforted.

Chen Yan watched her eyelids flutter shut. He smiled softly, tucked the blanket around the silver-haired Vampire Princess, switched off the light, and slipped out.

On the balcony, the post-rain night breeze cooled his flushed skin. Calm returned.

Gazing at the city lights, his thoughts swirled. *So this Little Vampire had never tasted blood before… Does that make me her master?*

He’d once hoped to adopt her—but never believed a contract was possible. Just daily blood packs. Wild vampires fed that way lacked loyalty. Without the first-blood bond, some even betrayed their masters mid-battle. That bond bred devotion.

He stared at his wrist. *Like a dream.*

*Will she be angry tomorrow? I sealed the contract without her consent… and she seems strong-willed.*

Frustrating. He’d saved her—so why did it feel like a crime?

Bacon aroma drifted through the air. Su Yue opened her eyes.

Same ceiling. Soft bed. Warm blanket. Comfort wrapped her the moment she woke. She sniffed—the bloodlust was gone. For the first time in days, ordinary food smelled delicious.

She pushed back the blanket. The torn dress barely covered her. Blushing, she rewrapped the quilt and followed the scent to the door.

In the kitchen across the hall, an apron-clad figure cooked. Seeing his back, warmth bloomed in her chest. A tiny flutter of joy.

Chen Yan turned—perhaps hearing the door, perhaps sensing her gaze.

"Mister Leaf Man!" Su Yue blurted.

"What naming style is *that*?" Chen Yan sighed. "Is that how you thank your savior?"

"I didn’t know your name!" Su Yue mumbled, flustered.

"I’m Chen Yan. *Yan* as in ‘derivation’." He smiled. "And you? Miss Blanket Hero?"

"I-I’m Su Yue. *Yue* as in ‘moon’…" Her cheeks burned. "The blanket’s because… I have no clothes."

"Oh~" Chen Yan recalled yesterday—dress shredded, socks in tatters. "Wait… you’ve been outside *three days* like that?"

"No! I wore a coat!" Su Yue protested. *Why does that sound like an exhibitionist thing?!*

"Like how you’re wrapped now?" he asked.

"Kinda…" She cut herself off. *Ugh. Wearing just a coat outside? Also a fetish thing.* "Anyway—I have NO clothes!" She puffed her cheeks.

Chen Yan chuckled. He plated the sizzling bacon and eggs. "Eat first. I’ll find you something."

Su Yue’s eyes locked on the food. *Real food!* After days of garbage, her stomach roared. Wrapped in the quilt, she dove in. Chen Yan smiled and slipped into the bedroom.

One plate vanished in seconds. She scraped every crumb with her knife, then licked her lips, satisfied.

Chen Yan returned with an oversized white tee and light-blue jeans. "No women’s clothes here. These’ll do for now."

Su Yue took them, loosening the blanket to change.

"Wait—you’re changing *here*?" Chen Yan turned away quickly.

She tilted her head. *Huh?* Then it hit her—*female body*. Right.

"You knew to cover up earlier," he said helplessly. "Why change openly now?"

*What’s the big deal?* Su Yue thought. *My soul’s still a man’s. Changing in front of a bro is normal!* *Covering up before? Duh—you wouldn’t strut in torn undies either. Unless possessed by Zero’s spirit.*

She pouted, hugged the clothes, and marched back to the bedroom. *Fine. Humor the kid. Once he cultivates to this Immortal Sovereign’s level, he’ll grasp it: soul is essence. As long as my soul stays true… this Sovereign *will* reclaim a man’s body.*
