Level:
Tier 0–10
Tier 7 is the highest level for regular units.
Beyond that, only those who become Heroes can reach higher. NPCs call them Fatebreakers, those who have shattered the shackles of fate.
Tier 7 only means you qualify to awaken a Fated Artifact.
Only those who possess a Fated Artifact can become a Fatebreaker.
To deal damage to a higher-tier target, the tier gap can't exceed 3.
In other words, if you want to hurt a Tier 5 creature, you must be at least Tier 2.
Otherwise, you're just scratching the surface.

Fated Artifact:
A Fated Artifact awakened by a Fatebreaker. It usually starts at Purple quality, then rises in quality as its owner grows stronger. Its power far surpasses weapons and equipment of the same quality.
Pseudo-Fated Artifact:
An alternative awakening method created for Pseudo-Fated ones who cannot awaken a Fated Artifact. It can only be forged from Orange-quality or higher weapons and equipment, and the success rate is only 30%. If it fails, the weapon or equipment is destroyed. As long as you have enough Orange-grade equipment, you can keep forging until it succeeds.
