The follower who has been with Mysterious the longest. She has undergone multiple evolutions. Her journey from lizard to mighty dragon is truly inspiring.

She is the only follower who once made Mysterious flee in panic.

She boasts the highest endurance stat in the team. Her aura grants (weakened) recovery and stat boosts. She operates in land, sea, and air. A reliable combatant for almost any scenario.

She loves gold coins. She is the only well-behaved one who helps collect loot after battles.

Currently, she is the only follower with intimacy level "Adoration." She longs to be kissed by Mysterious again. She maintains good relations with all other followers.

Although she possesses the Crown of Life, due to her origins, she harbors some fear towards other dragons of her kind.

Race: All Beings

The Lord of All Things who followed Mysterious after being freed from seal. In his prime, he had combat power rivaling Mysterious with fully sealed attributes. But he does not participate in battles.

He occasionally uses his physical strength to unlock doors or smash gates for Mysterious. A pillar of reassurance and trust.

He is usually low-key. Beloved by all followers. He has the clout to mediate their disputes.

Though he has blessings that enhance combat power, Mysterious rarely uses them.

His trait allows transferring skills from equipped items to Mysterious via blessings. But only one skill has been transferred so far.

Sometimes he feels troubled because Mysterious is too excellent. He wishes he could help Mysterious somehow.

Little Ink

First Appearance: Volume 2, Chapter 20

Race: Mutated Obsidian Crystal

A mutated Obsidian Crystal. Its kin have golem-like sturdy bodies. But it grew into a slime-like form.

Its intelligence seems mutated too. Smarter than its safufu kin. This makes it very timid. It fled wildly from Mysterious's Soul Hunt.

Though subdued under duress, it grew fond of Mysterious. Even after the contract was dissolved, it chose to follow.

It cannot speak. But after fusing with the Skyfall Ant Queen, the queen conveys its thoughts. It calls Mysterious "Chief."

Post-fusion, it gained powerful mimicry abilities. It can merge with Mysterious's crystallized arm.

Gladys Edward

First Appearance: Volume 4, Chapter 14

Race: Heroic Spirit

King of the Edward Empire X years ago. His nation was destroyed by the Void Lord. He sacrificed his body to seal the Void Lord. Became a Heroic Spirit through his people's faith.

As a former king, he exudes noble grace in every move. Even in combat. Except when facing tentacle creatures.

A heavy-armored warrior with sword aura strikes. Adaptable to wide battlefields. His individual combat power is not outstanding. His strength lies in providing massive army-scale auras.

His biggest advantage: his level always matches Mysterious's. No need to split experience.

He harbors deep hatred for Void Creatures. But his attitude toward the Void Lord Edward is complex.

Granted the ability to summon the Army of the Past by Eunice. They appear to be warriors from his former empire.

Jasmine

First Appearance: Volume 3, Chapter 7

Race: Phantom Bloom

Hatched from a strange seed. A flower maiden. Her personality and appearance resemble a young girl. She barely grows taller even after leveling up.

Hatched using Mysterious's magic, she loves calling him "Mommy." She often demands to be carried. This forced Mysterious to adopt a Beast Tamer's combat style.

As a plant-type monster, she fears fire intensely. She might even cry from fright.

She dislikes Nanming, the fire incarnate. She also dislikes Ael, who once stole her necklace. The team's quarrel instigator.

She has high physical and magic attack stats. But she usually fights with magic.

She sleeps every night. But in Void Creature domains, she acts strangely.

Nanming

First Appearance: Volume 6, Chapter 1

Race: Vermilion Bird

One of the Four Sacred Beasts: the Southern Radiance Vermilion Bird. The highest starting point among the team by race.

Hatched from the egg awarded to Mysterious for winning the Martial Combat Tournament's solo championship. Her speech and mannerisms resemble a young lady. She grows taller as she levels up.

Vain and beauty-loving. She usually appears in bird form. She adores preening her feathers. Hates getting her body wet.

She often perches on Mysterious's shoulder as a small red bird. Though aloof, she is deeply attached to Mysterious. She also gets along well with Gladys, the former king. She admires his noble grace.

She has the team's highest magic damage output. Fire-specialized. The strongest raw power in the team. Effective against Demons. Though formidable, she struggles against fire-resistant foes.

Though young, she carries memories from past Vermilion Birds. Unlike Jasmine, she is not childish.

Ael

First Appearance: Volume 5, Chapter 47

Race: Vampire

A notorious Rogue thief in Unemployed City before becoming Mysterious's follower. Hard to catch due to Vampire traits. Seemingly connected to the city lord. A headache for the Auri.

She tried stealing Jasmine's necklace once. Jasmine never forgot it. During an escape, Jasmine's interference caused her capture. She broke out of jail and chased after Mysterious.

She wanted to turn Mysterious into her thrall. But failed again and was captured by Mysterious. Released afterward. Mistaking it for her own lack of charm, she became Mysterious's follower in a huff.

She adores Selena deeply. But claims to dislike Mysterious. A tsundere through and through.

Somehow, she escapes from the Pet Space often.

She has the highest HP in the team. Her attacks leech health. She has skills from both Warrior and Rogue classes.

Her combat style is reckless. Yet she possesses many complex unique skills.

Selena

First Appearance: Volume 7, Chapter 24

Race: Mermaid

A young princess of the Merfolk Clan from the South Sea. She sneaked out and was captured. Sold to Unemployed City. Trusts Mysterious deeply due to Nanming's presence.

Overprotected by her parents. Innocent and loves singing.

She is close friends with Nanming. She admires Gladys, the former king. Dreams of becoming an elegant adult like her.

Terrible at fighting. Almost no damage output. She hides behind others. Supports the team through song.

Though kind-hearted, she yearns to be a strong person who helps others, like in stories.

Lolo

First Appearance: Volume 8, Chapter 14

Race: Medusa

Descendant of the Medusa worshipped by the Secret Serpent Clan. Wanted to leave the labyrinth and see the outside world.

Her Petrifying Gaze affects allies too. She cannot control it. She wears an eyepatch daily. Her snake hair provides vision instead.

The snakes have instinct-level consciousness. Their sensations feed back to her. This makes her surprisingly weak against certain statuses.

She is actually a rattlesnake. Her rattle causes wide-area stun effects. A powerful team-wide controller. But it affects friend and foe alike.

Her weapon is a bow. She masters many arrow types. Her damage coverage is extensive.

Two intelligent snakes—one red, one blue—live among her hair. Likely mutated individuals. They constantly bicker, angering Lolo. Oddly, they know more than Lolo herself.
