10. The Cross-dressing Master Checks int

The academy needed a representative figure. To secure its top position, it had to crush rival academies completely.

In recent years, no fresh blood had joined. Standards were too high, and qualified teens pursued greater adventures.

Few in the academy could awe the continent. Once, he’d sworn it would surpass the Military Command.

Now, the continent’s number one academy felt challengers closing in. Adding his granddaughter might boost its strength slightly.

Sky Qi’s arrival offered a perfect opportunity. Though his power was sealed, he remained formidable. Earlier, he’d seized a moment to unleash a sword formation—wiping out over a hundred opponents.

The Continent Strongest truly lived up to his name.

But here’s the problem: you joined fine, but why the hell cross-dress to get in?

“One more thing,” Adolf called out to Sky Qi. “Why dress as a girl? And why do you look exactly like one now?”

This struck Sky Qi’s raw nerve. He jabbed a finger at Adolf’s nose. “What the hell? How dare you ask? If not for your girl-favoring rule, would I be stuck like this?”

Adolf fell silent. Oh right—that sign on his office door: “No boys or dogs allowed.”

“Wait, I have a request too,” Sky Qi said, lifting his head with tears welling. “Let me rejoin in male attire.”

“Hmm, alright,” Adolf sighed, rubbing his forehead. This was his fault. Missing his granddaughter for three years, the academy had flipped to favoring girls.

Though this young man seemed small, he was the Continent Strongest—never to be underestimated. Besides… Adolf needed to study how to break the magic array on his collar.

Sky Qi dashed back moments later.

“What now?” Adolf glanced at him impatiently.

“Your academy’s a maze. How do I find the exit?” Sky Qi asked. “And where do I stay? I’ve got nowhere to sleep.”

Adolf pointed left. “Turn left, go downstairs, right turn, then straight. You’re welcome. As for lodging…”

“The boys’ dorm’s full. Just stay in the girls’ dorm.”

“Wait—full?” Sky Qi’s pupils flared with fury. “The boy-girl ratio’s 3:7! How’s that possible?”

Adolf shook his head helplessly. “You guessed I favor girls, but not that I converted most of the boys’ dorm into girls’ space?”

Sky Qi nearly spat blood. What the fuck? You converted it outright? Not just merged?

Should he mention his power drained near pretty girls? He sighed. Nah—better keep that weakness secret. He’d only told Lin Xiarri due to their closeness. Adolf was just a new ally.

He’d been betrayed once; no second time.

But another problem hit him. Where’s the girls’ dorm? Which room? Was this old man brushing him off?

“Hey—are you brushing me off?” Sky Qi snapped. “Can’t you get someone to guide me there and tour the academy?”

“Damn it, what more do you want?” Adolf grumbled. “I’m your ultimate weapon. Is this how you treat me?”

“Alright, alright, you brat,” Adolf chuckled. “I’ll have my granddaughter show you around.”

Adolf flicked his finger. A feathered letter shot out the window, soaring like a giant bird.

A magic envelope—for messages. Sky Qi sighed inwardly. Damn, this academy’s rich. Using magic for such a short distance? Pure luxury.

“Grandpa, what is it?” A girl bounced into Adolf’s office, glancing at Sky Qi casually.

Her delicate face held an angelic smile. Sunlight gleamed on her shoulder-length silver hair, reflecting in his eyes. Her silver miniskirt accentuated long, slender legs.

Her gaze at Sky Qi was indifferent—as if seeing a stranger.

Clearly, she didn’t recognize the disguised Sky Qi. He’d never seen Vicky without her armor.

“Granddaughter, take this young… lady to tour the academy,” Adolf said. “Show her to her room in the girls’ dorm too.”

“Oh, alright,” Vicky nodded reluctantly. Who deserved her personal tour? New students usually found their own way.

Vicky eyed Sky Qi’s chest and shook her head regretfully. About sixteen? Pretty face, but such a disappointing bust.

Adolf stifled a laugh. He knew that look—and winked at Sky Qi.

Sky Qi scratched his head, confused. Why stare? His disguise was flawless.

He didn’t realize Vicky was sighing over his chest from a girl’s perspective.

After the door closed, Adolf burst out laughing. “Damn, my granddaughter mocked the cross-dresser. Should this kid get fake breasts later?”

As he laughed, his pen slipped, crashing to the floor with a loud crack. Ink splattered over a paper sketching a delicate face.

Sky Qi followed Vicky silently. Honestly, her angelic purity stunned him—even the Continent Strongest felt unworthy.

“What’s your name?” Vicky asked without turning back, walking briskly ahead.

“Um, I’m…” Sky Qi hesitated. Better not scare her with his real name—that continent-shaking title.

“I’m Xu Yueyin.”

He gave his disguised name.
