"Sister, I'm begging you! Train them," I pleaded with my sister.
"Yeer, how could you? You're ruining our alone time!" Ling Ling snapped angrily.
"Later! I'll repay you properly, Sister," I chirped in a cute, childish voice. The F Class students watching were utterly charmed, thinking, *So Lin Ye has this side too?* Nan Ling drooled, then blushed and wiped it away when she realized.
*Ahhh, Yeer’s so cute, so cute, so cute! I can’t stand it—I want to claim him now and stay together forever! Screw the world, screw the Holy Rank!* Ling Ling thought obsessively.
She suppressed her desire and excitement, then said, "Yeer, fine—but after you succeed, you grant me one wish!"
Lin Ye noticed her devouring gaze and trembled slightly. "You don’t mean… *that* kind of thing, do you?" he asked weakly.
"What thing?" Ling Ling replied, drooling.
"Sister, you’re drooling," Lin Ye said nervously.
"Lin Ye, ignore this lewd old hag. We’ll train alone," Nan Ling interjected, fed up.
"Oh, you’re here too, vixen? Perfect. I’ll kill you so Yeer serves only me!" Ling Ling declared dangerously.
"You can’t kill me. Even if I die, Lin Ye won’t love an old hag like you," Nan Ling dismissed lightly.
"Heh! You said it. Duel me one-on-one if you dare!" Ling Ling sneered.
The F Class students froze again. They’d heard their goddess had a brother complex—but this was terminal-level obsession.
"Fine. Let’s go!" Nan Ling strode out, ignoring their stunned stares.
"Stop! Nan Ling, you’re crazy—you can’t beat my sister!" I yelled, grabbing her arm.
"Don’t worry, Lin Ye. I’ll return. Wait for me," Nan Ling smiled confidently. Ouyang Chen, about to stop her, halted at those words. Nan Ling and Ling Ling vanished into the forest depths.
"Heh! Vixen, die now—Ice Spikes!" Ling Ling roared, her face twisting viciously.
Nothing happened. Not a trace of magic lingered.
Ling Ling’s eyes widened. "Impossible! Why won’t it cast?"
"Useless!" Nan Ling flashed a black card labeled "Silence Magic: 1 Minute," glowing crimson.
"That’s a Celestial Spirit Card!" Ling Ling gasped. These ultra-rare cards included consumables, buffs, and specials. Nan Ling’s was a mage’s nightmare—a zone-silencing consumable. Only Archmages or higher resisted it.
"Who *are* you? Why do you have this?" Ling Ling panicked.
Nan Ling’s form shifted. Her eyes blazed deep red like stars, and massive black wings sprouted from her back.
"You’re Bloodline?! Why approach Yeer? Harm him, and I’ll self-destruct my magic to kill you!" Ling Ling radiated killing intent.
"No! I’m here to protect him," Nan Ling insisted urgently.
"Protect him?" Ling Ling doubted.
"Do you know Lin Ye’s true identity?" Nan Ling pressed.
"Of course! Yeer’s my brother, my treasure, my everything!" Ling Ling declared.
"No—I mean Lin Ye is the Sacred Eye."
