"Sister! What's your plan? I just scouted our opponent—he's strong. At least A-rank talent, and possibly an intermediate mage," Sister asked curiously.
"What? Are you kidding? How? Why didn't you tell me sooner? I just showed off! Ah! What now?" Lin Ye exclaimed in shock.
"You never asked! Seeing your confidence, I thought you had a plan. Turns out you're not using your head, Brother! Before fighting someone, know their type, awareness, and experience. That was reckless showing off!" Sister said, deeply puzzled.
"Sister, you're in the student council. I need you to pull this person's file," I said thoughtfully.
"I have an idea. Stay home, skip class. Just eat, sleep with me, and use the bathroom. I'll support you for life! For the bet, I'll say you went abroad to see your parents—can't make it," Sister declared, golden hearts sparkling in her eyes.
I sighed helplessly. "Am I a pig? And 'sleep with you'? I can't let you support me forever. We both need to start families."
"No! Never! Impossible! Brother is mine. I won't leave you. Not even a god can separate us!" Sister cried, hugging me tightly.
Suddenly, she pressed her chest against me. I felt the warm, soft pressure, my face flushing red. She lifted my chin and captured my lips. Her tongue parted mine, exploring deeply. I couldn't breathe, struggling weakly against her strength, only whimpering.
After a moment, Sister released me. Her dark, starry eyes held pure desire.
"Sister, what are you doing? We're siblings! This isn't allowed," I said angrily. Honestly, I couldn't understand her. Why had she changed since middle school? She used to be so quiet, so lazy! What happened?
"Yeer, I wish we weren't siblings. I just love you! If we can't marry, I'll break that rule. But that's for later. Let's go home," Sister said, half-crying yet firm.
"Fine," I shrugged. Don't overthink it. Sister will find someone better someday and let me go. I believed that.
"Sister, train with me later. I need to regain my edge!" Since eighth grade, I'd begged her to teach me magic and spar. At first, she refused: "Yeer just needs to eat and sleep—no dangerous stuff." But after my relentless pestering, she gave in. My hellish training began.
It was brutal: cast one basic spell a thousand times daily, run five city laps, spar with Sister a hundred times (though I mostly got crushed). But this let me fight stronger opponents. I used my brain—I even landed hits on Sister sometimes, though I lost. After each session, she'd cry, hugging me to quit. But I'd always say:
"When others slander, bully, insult, mock, belittle, despise, hate, or deceive me, I used to endure, yield, avoid, tolerate, respect, and ignore. But I'm tired. I'll make everyone know—I, Lin Ye, will crush them under my feet. I will!"
