"Mama! Mama—!"

Olivia watched her bratty cousin George sprint into the hall, tripping over the threshold in his excitement. He slid on his knees all the way to his mother’s feet—*whoosh*, fast as lightning. Just… kinda rough on his pants.

The two women in the living room froze. Especially Olivia’s mom, Fufu. George’s slide had nearly crashed into her; only a quick dodge saved her.

Olivia walked in, face blank. Fufu rushed over, worry in her eyes as she gently touched Olivia’s head. She flicked a glance toward George, silently asking: *What happened?*

Meanwhile, Vinose wasn’t angry at her show-off son at all. She scooped him up, cradling him as George wailed into her chest, pointing at Olivia between sobs:

"Mama~! Mama—!"

Seeing her son’s distress, Vinose shot Olivia a sinister gaze. But—to her surprise—Olivia didn’t shrink back like usual. Her icy poker face sent a chill through the room.

Then… a holographic projection flickered in the air.

【Cousin, your noodles are ready! Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!】

【I only eat Baixiang brand~】

【A mother’s love~】

【Mama—! (thud)】

【Mom~ Mom in the Candlelight—】

*Pfft…*

Seriously? Damn bullet comments, stop making me laugh!

This is too much. What the hell… *crap!*

The tense standoff between Olivia and her toxic aunt had barely begun—but the poker-faced girl’s lips were already twitching.

Holding back laughter was hard. Worse when everyone saw you trying. Vinose frowned, taking Olivia’s smirk as outright provocation.

*Unforgivable.*

Vinose patted George’s back. Sniffling, he finally blurted out: "Mama~ Olivia bullied me! Waaah… She yanked my hair, slapped my face, pinned me down for ages—she… waaah!"

"Hey now," Olivia cut in, shaking her head casually. "Don’t act like I kidnapped you, *young master*. Anyone’d think you survived torture. I just covered your mouth and ruffled your hair. Sisterly affection, you know~ Tsk tsk…"

Fufu couldn’t stay silent. Stunned by her daughter’s nonchalance, she tugged Olivia’s arm, whispering urgently:

"Apologize to your brother. Now…"

Her worry was justified. Vinose was a greedy snake—spot a weakness, and she’d sink her teeth in deep. She’d humiliate Olivia without mercy.

In the past, Olivia would’ve obeyed. Vinose was her childhood nightmare, the "master" who forged her sharp tongue. She’d even developed an S-side personality from this suffocating home.

But today? Different.

Fufu’s plea didn’t sway her. The blue-haired loli just smiled at her anxious mom, confidence radiating.

*God’s-eye view of this game world. System-powered. Why fear a toxic relative over pocket money?*

Vinose studied Olivia’s bold expression, suspicion creeping into her voice. She held George tighter, then drawled with false sweetness:

"Oh, George~ Don’t copy *certain people*. No respect for elders these days. Tsk tsk… Wings grown strong, climbing onto our noses now? Next you’ll tear the roof beams down! Such ingratitude. While chores pile up, she vanishes after school—where does she *go*? In two years, she’ll waddle home with a big belly~!"

"Sister-in-law! That’s too far! An isn’t that kind of girl!"

Fufu snapped before Olivia could speak, glaring at Vinose. Olivia turned, seeing her mother’s furious eyes…

【Wow, Mom’s drawing fire to protect the streamer?】

【Or just genuinely furious? Who tolerates their daughter being insulted like that?】

【Such a brave, gentle mom. Love her~】

【This plump aunt’s mouth is filthy. Disgusting.】

【Streamer, crush this toxic relative already! Do it!】

Reading the bullet comments, Olivia finally understood why her usually meek mother had snapped. But she wouldn’t let Fufu take the heat. The blue-haired loli stepped forward, yawned lazily, and drawled:

"Me? Oh, I watched a show today~ Big drama in the school auditorium—I had a starring role. Weird though… George’s preschool dismisses at the same time as my middle school, right? How’d he ‘loiter’ so long~? We left the gates together. *Interesting*."

"You—"

Vinose’s bloodshot eyes bulged. But the moment Olivia saw that threatening glare, her smile vanished. She shot back, cold and direct:

"Hold on! Those nutshells you left me? Shell them yourself. I don’t get paid for tedious chores. I eat here, yes—but after school, I train in magic. No time for your errands. And don’t dump them on Mom either. We don’t see a dime from you. Find someone else."

Silence.

Vinose. Fufu. George. All stared, stunned. No one in this house had ever dared defy Vinose like this.

The blue-haired loli watched their shock, smiling calmly. Waiting for the aunt’s reaction…

*After all…*

*She could go harder.*
