"Good morning~"

Doros, the elegant succubus housewife whose every step carried a fragrant breeze, stood outside the door.

She gazed at Alquett who had opened it, amusement dancing in her eyes. Then, for some reason, she suddenly bent down, pressed her nose against his neck, and took a sniff—

"So Lilith-chan’s quite the talent, hmm~?"

Doros straightened up with an unsurprised smile, swaying her supple waist as she clicked her high heels and sauntered into the room.

"...What?"

Lilith, sitting obediently at the dining table, tilted her head in confusion.

"To think the most troublesome Hero in legend was tamed so thoroughly after just one night under your care~" Doros glanced back at Alquett, her smile laced with implication. "Lilith dear, would you spare some time to show your big sister your... *bedroom skills* too~?"

Usually, Lilith would deflect such teasing with wide-eyed innocence. But today, her cheeks burned as if set ablaze the moment the words reached her ears.

"...I-I don’t know what Sister Doros means—"

"Wahhh, so heartbroken~ rejected again~ *sob sob sob*—"

Doros’ expression shifted faster than flipping pages. "Ah well. This sister’s heart is strong. As long as you and your little friend live happily ever after~"

"... ..."

Lilith stayed silent. Viola, who’d been listening quietly, paled slightly. Her voice turned husky as she cut in:

"...Minister Doros. What brings you here so early?"

"Hmm... Official business, actually. About your assignments and housing." Doros cleared her throat lightly. "Also, regarding Lilith’s injuries—regrettably, Princess Claudeine departed the Dragon Kingdom yesterday for diplomatic duties in the Imperial Capital of the Holy Kingdom."

She paused, watching Lilith’s crestfallen face.

"But don’t worry. Though your mother couldn’t visit due to state affairs, the Dragon Clan sent this—" She pulled a scroll of dragon-scripted parchment from her bosom. "A high-tier healing scroll. Its magic is potent enough to mend your wounds instantly. I rushed it over the moment it arrived."

"I see..." Lilith cradled the scroll, feeling its pulsing life energy.

"Why would Mother suddenly go to the Holy Kingdom’s capital? Among human nations, the Church-ruled Holy Kingdom is the most xenophobic..."

*Especially after I impersonated her to deceive Flameglow City’s Church forces just days ago—*

Worry tightened Lilith’s chest.

"Seems their old emperor’s health is failing. He’s hosting a royal succession contest to select an heir, inviting foreign nobles for diplomacy—don’t fret, your mother isn’t the only guest." Doros smiled reassuringly. "Though... I’m fuzzy on details. Anyway! Let’s heal you first, then all three of you come with me."

She leaned close to Lilith.

"Here, I’ll show you how to use it—"

Doros’ slender arm slid over Lilith’s shoulder from behind. One finger hooked the young dragon’s pale wrist; the other entwined with her fingers, pressing her palm flat against the scroll on the table. Her barely-covered bosom pressed against Lilith’s arm as she smirked, eyes flicking to the other two girls.

Viola remained perfectly composed, sipping her milk with deliberate focus, refusing to acknowledge the intimate scene.

"Hey... you’re... too close! Healing doesn’t require... this!" Alquett’s voice trembled. Her fists clenched, shoulders shaking as she glared at their intertwined hands.

"Relax~ It’ll be over soon~ Heh~"

Green light swirled around Lilith. Magic knitted her head wound, mended her twisted knee, and regrew her shattered wing. Within a minute, she stood whole again.

Doros had already gauged their dynamics. She released Lilith smoothly, standing tall.

From the corner of her eye, she caught Alquett exhaling sharply, unclenching her fists the moment Doros pulled away. A playful smirk curled Doros’ lips.

"All set. Let’s go."

...

Doros guided Alquett through the Darklord Citadel’s departments, registering her identity. Lilith—the sponsor—and the newly hired Viola accompanied them.

Every time Doros introduced her as "the human Champion of the Night," officials would gape as if deafened. Some even leapt from their seats.

Demons whispered in awe: reverence for the Hero’s title, shock at her joining Demonkind.

Alquett drew stares like a walking spectacle. Lilith, walking beside her, endured waves of envious, worshipful gazes.

"Look! That’s the dragon girl—"

"*She* captured the Hero?"

"Heard she not only seized him on the battlefield but stormed the human capital at night, snatched him from under the Church’s nose, and turned him to our side!"

"Tch... She looks so young. Terrifying!"

"Such promise! Such promise!"

"Wonder if our new Warden takes apprentices? Corrupting a Hero in two days... I’d pay to learn her methods..."

Lilith dodged fervent admirers, forcing smiles at fans who approached her. She nearly wished to vanish home.

Minister Doros cheered her on—or rather, fanned the flames:

"Don’t be shy, Warden Lilith! They speak truth! Stand tall! Show off our new prison chief’s glory~"

Trusting her words, Lilith lifted her chin—only to shrink back when elderly demon retirees outside a grocery store fixed her with synchronized stares.

"I... I don’t think I’m cut out for fame..."

Being watched everywhere was terrifying. As a chronic wallflower, she usually shopped hoping to fade into the background.

"Easy now~ First times are awkward. You’ll grow to love it~"

"How could I ever?!"

Lilith ducked between Alquett and Viola, using their height as shields against adoring eyes.

"Almost there. Last stop, then rest~" Doros’ smile never wavered as she led them into the Demonlord’s throne hall.

...

In a shadowed alley behind them, a hooded sorceress in a wide-brimmed hat watched Lilith’s retreating figure. A slow smile spread across her lips.

"That petite silhouette... Lilith’s out, is she... Heh."

"Just as rumored... Freshly healed and already collecting playthings."

"Dragons never change their lustful nature—male or female..."

She checked a time-telling crystal in her palm, then melted into the alley’s darkness.

"If that’s the case... this will be far easier than expected... Heh heh~"
