Description: Class-C-425 appears as a human male aged approximately 17 to 20. His features generally align with Asian female aesthetic preferences. He has an average build.

Class-C-425 possesses an innate ability to attract feminine qualities (exact cause unknown). He also has exceptional interpersonal skills and charisma. This draws many young women around him. This situation once caused extreme instability in Class-Joker (Black)'s mental state. It became the catalyst for the [REDACTED] Campaign.

There was consideration to recruit him into the Meteorological Bureau ([DATA EXPUNGED]) as a reserve member. This move seemed to anger Class-Joker (Black). Although she did not express displeasure, the plan was terminated.

During the [REDACTED] Campaign, facing pursuit by Class-Joker, Class-C-425's mental state remained unstable for long periods. He once nearly collapsed. Later, Class-C-425 personally negotiated with Class-Joker. The negotiation results are [DATA EXPUNGED].

After the [REDACTED] Campaign, Class-Joker split Class-C-425-1 from Class-C-425. The reason is [DATA EXPUNGED]. Class-C-425-1 named itself [REDACTED]. It exhibits a personality and thought pattern completely different from Class-C-425.
