As the tenth-generation Queen of the Kindred, she inherited all the powers of the previous queen. She can fly and see through objects, and she pinpoints a person's physical state and exact location by scenting blood. Her racial ability, "Blood Intent," manifests as "Tarot Cards," letting her use the implied powers of specific cards—but activating it consumes her own blood.

She deeply loves her subjects and joined the Hero Association voluntarily to earn human trust, later becoming a Zero Rank Hero. Unlike traditional Kindred, her generation no longer needs excessive fresh blood. Aside from her instinctive blood cravings, Elisabeth doesn't hunt prey. However, if she exceeds her tolerance limit, her unique physiology drives her mad. Female Kindred crave far more intensely than males, so during feeding frenzies, she also seeks physical contact with victims—regardless of gender. By her own account, she remains chaste.

She lives frugally in a gloomy suburban castle, contrary to stereotypes. Recently, she's been staying at a maid café where she works part-time.

In combat, she typically uses "Chariot" to construct weapons, "Magician" to teleport within a range, and "World" to summon a massive battleship.
