Chapter 12: Battle Suit
update icon Updated at 2025/12/13 12:30:02

Cold Night Feather felt this was the most critical moment of her life! Not even Abyss invasions or apocalyptic disasters compared to this… And her current location? The forbidden sanctuary every male creature dreamed of! The girls’ locker room!

"Hey! Seriously, this is really putting me in a tough spot!" Cold Night Feather huddled in the corner, clutching her chest like a frail maiden cornered by a brute.

Before her weren’t floodwaters or ferocious beasts, nor hulking muscleheads—but a gaggle of bare-skinned, blossoming girls!

"Argh! Damn this power! What good are you to me?!" Whenever crisis struck, Cold Night Feather would usually sense the energy within her body, that self-satisfaction making her fearless. But now, it only reminded her how utterly useless decades of cultivation were. What good was power? Could it free her from this paradise of softness? Cold Night Feather decided she’d choose the boobs.

"Hey! Don’t come any closer—AAAAAH!" In the end, Cold Night Feather was pinned in the corner by several girls. They stripped off her practical yet stylish third-year uniform and groped her shamelessly.

Her world instantly turned bleak. The former #1 genius of Freya Continent, stripped and pawed by a bunch of little girls! If this got out, she’d never show her face again!

"Wow, Cold Night Feather, your figure is amazing! It’s like a perfect dream!" Wang Lin gushed enviously. Cold Night Feather could only force an awkward smile.

Bai Xin poked Cold Night Feather’s bouncy, supple peaks and teased, "And so big! Yet still perky—not a hint of sagging!"

When other students began entering the locker room, the reluctantly satisfied girls finally released Cold Night Feather. She’d rather battle the Demon King for three hundred rounds!

Watching others chat and laugh while pulling tight combat suits from lockers, Cold Night Feather suddenly remembered—she was a freshman. Where would she get a combat suit? Blushing, she approached Li Xiao Xiao, who’d only watched without joining in.

Li Xiao Xiao smiled and pointed to a massive iron cabinet at the room’s end. "Everything inside is unbound combat gear. Take one—it’ll auto-adjust to your body."

Cold Night Feather’s eyes lit up. She’d scorn low-tier gear, but auto-adjusting armor? That was a rare enchantment even among Freya Continent’s divine artifacts.

As she curiously examined the compact suit in her hands, Lin Mi walked over to explain its use. (Bai Xin had only just learned herself.)

"First, scan your eye on this device to bind the suit to your identity. Then unzip the back, slip your limbs in, and it’ll resize itself on your body," Lin Mi instructed.

Following her guidance, Cold Night Feather scanned her right eye on the wrist-mounted device.

*Beep. Identity verified. Binding successful. System operational. Welcome, Type-D Combat Suit user. Please wear suit to confirm biometric data.*

Cold Night Feather playfully shook the wrist device chirping with an electronic voice. "This is the perk of your tech dimension—so convenient for the little guys. Back on Freya Continent, students could never afford this level of comfort."

The girls just smiled politely—they’d never been to Freya Continent.

Unzipping the suit down to her abdomen, Cold Night Feather noticed internal sensor modules. Though unfamiliar with tech, she recognized parallels to Freya’s magical enchantments.

Sliding her long legs in, she expected resistance—but the suit flowed like liquid over her skin. Blue light rippled across its surface, then stilled.

Soon fully suited, the once-small garment clung perfectly to her curves. Then the wrist device crackled:

*Biometric data saved. Scanning user status… All systems normal. Power rating… ERROR. Energy overload. Detection failed… Er… ror…*

Cold Night Feather stared deadpan at the frozen device. "Your tech’s pretty unreliable. Convenient, sure—but why’s it so fragile?"

Ouyang Meng rolled her eyes. "Duh—it’s a basic Type-D suit! Its AI can’t handle someone like you who clearly needs Type-S gear. You just crashed it!"

Cold Night Feather conceded the point. But since she’d be here awhile… hiding her strength felt dull. With a sigh, she suppressed her power to just slightly above Lin Mi’s level. A dragon hiding among humans must pretend to be merely… an exceptional human.

Her true skills lay in magic and swordsmanship—but here, she could wield something else: her *Authority*.

A half-formed divine power born from glimpsing godhood. Only world-recognized deities held true Authorities. Hers was incomplete… yet crossing dimensions had granted her sudden clarity.

Hers was simple: control her own blood. Ignite it. If she ascended, she’d command others’ blood too—bypassing all defenses, unstoppable below her tier. That was an Authority’s terror.

Even half-formed, it was divine. She had to compress its might carefully.

Focusing, she conjured a crimson liquid orb in her palm—shifting shape, radiating heat. Her Authority’s essence.

*Scanning user status… All systems normal. Power rating… C++. Physical attributes… C++.* The rebooted device announced her suppressed stats.

"Huh? You’re holding back, Cold Night Feather?" Wang Lin asked. Cold Night Feather turned to see Wang Lin’s combat suit straining over a solidly built frame—not fat, but powerfully muscular.

The others also stared curiously. If her power had crashed the scanner, C++ was clearly a lie.

Cold Night Feather shrugged. "I’ll be here a long time. If I stayed at full strength, the gap between us would be too wide. I’m a student now—standing out too much isn’t good."

The girls nodded solemnly. Classmates already looked up to her. If they knew her true power? She’d be utterly isolated. Humans admire those slightly better than themselves—but fear those beyond their realm.

"By the way… are we heading to the field like this?" Cold Night Feather tugged her skintight suit, its fabric outlining every curve—even her nipples. "This lingerie-like gear is fine for training, but walking around? Way too flashy. Class doesn’t start yet, right?"

The girls exchanged glances. Li Xiao Xiao led her to another cabinet filled with oversized black coats, edged with black thread and bearing the school logo on the right chest.

Cold Night Feather slipped on a coat that swallowed her frame. *Thoughtful leadership*, she mused.

Once everyone was dressed, Lin Mi brightened. "How about the arena? Our teachers barely outclass me. Since you’ve suppressed your power to match Bai Xin and me… could you train us?"

Bai Xin bounced eagerly. The others watched Cold Night Feather.

She grinned. "Sure. I need to adjust to this state anyway. And Bai Xin just got her powers—she needs proper guidance…" She smirked. "Don’t cry when you lose."
