Yunhu Li was still in the testing phase—no license, no funds. For now, he could only slowly gather points for future upgrades.

His personal title wasn’t decided yet. He just wanted to hone his skills at that school, aiming to become an outstanding Hero someday. Though the main reason was...

“What’s your reason for coming here?”

On his first enrollment day, in a classroom far from the main campus—so empty only two people occupied it—a cute girl with long blue hair asked him this.

“Hmm... to become a Hero.”

“That’s everyone’s reason. Tell me something personal.”

He stared blankly at the beautiful girl before him.

Her skin was smooth, her eyes like polished blue gems under long lashes. A beret suited her hairstyle perfectly. Her delicate figure resembled a cute doll, slender with a curvy waist and hips that drew glances.

“My reason? To protect others.”

“You can look, but don’t leer and say such things. I have a Supernatural Power: mind reading.”

The girl glared at Yunhu Li disdainfully.

“Alright, my family’s broke. I want to use my body to become a Hero and earn cash.”

“Hmm... honest. I’m Evelith. That mind reading thing? I lied.”

She reached out, took his hand, and shook it gently.

“Wait! You tricked me!”

“No, I was just talking. You didn’t even ask if it was true.”

“Then what’s your real ability?”

“I can turn a man into a woman.”

“What kind of weird power is that?” Yunhu Li remarked casually.

“What about you? I shared mine. What’s yours?”

“Me? No Supernatural Power. Just better physical stats and some martial arts training.”

“So you’re like a special forces soldier? Seriously impressive.”

This place was oddly interesting—only two students?

As they wondered if others had invisibility powers, the door opened. In walked their teacher, a man with a lazy aura.

“Hey there! I’m Zeming, your teacher this semester.”

“A teacher for two people? Only us?” Yunhu Li asked, incredulous. Evelith didn’t care. She sat obediently, pressing her beret down while peering ahead.

“Yep. Problem child Yunhu Li—you’re just like your great-grandfather Yunlong Li, who pinned an examiner down and beat him. Evelith refused deep ability testing, leaving her examiner waiting three hours. Who else would take you two?”

A class of problem kids, a problem teacher. But Zeming was the real troublemaker.

....................

By now, students knew: this teacher was plain crazy.

“You beast! Let us out!”

A hooded gangster slammed the bank door. His desperate cries made hostages tremble.

“No! This thing must explode today!”

“Teacher, stop acting like a kid. Spare us—we’re children.” Evelith didn’t yield, only looking slightly wronged. She was far more mature than expected.

“No~~~~~”

Zeming acted even more like a spoiled brat.

“Bro, please... can I kill her?” One thug pressed a gun to a teller’s temple, blatantly threatening Zeming.

Zeming turned with disdain, flinging his coat open to reveal body-strapped bombs again.

“Punk, try shooting.” He slid a finger over the counters and batteries—a clear threat.

“Bro... I’m begging you, calm down.”

For the first time in his underworld career, this thug met someone more ruthless.

Minutes earlier, the trio stormed in. Yunhu Li readied his martial arts to take them down. But his teacher did something wilder.

Suicide bombing. Human bomb. Taliban or something.

Yes, this unreliable teacher did the unthinkable—all because he’d just asked Evelith:

“What’s the use of a lithium battery bomb?”
