Afterword:

From Yeyè:

Anyway, this book is finally over. I started it last summer vacation and kept writing all the way to this spring—so it’s been almost a year. Over a million characters is a lot but also not that much, yet for me it really was a new breakthrough.

This! Is! The! First! Time! I’ve! Ever! Written! This! Much!

You probably noticed it too: this story could’ve kept going. I could’ve dragged it out to two million, three million, even four million characters—

But in the end, I still chose to wrap it up at around one million.

Maybe it’s because, somewhere in the middle, the sharp‑eyed readers might’ve felt it already… the story drifted away from the original setup and adventure. It turned more and more into the protagonist’s one‑man stage, with the harem girls popping up one after another around him.

The character builds started overlapping too much, and their appearances kept dropping off. Later on, every time I wrote a girl, I had to stop and think: whose personality was tsundere again? Whose was the scheming type…?

And what came out was… a whole pile of character names.

Even so, I’m still pretty satisfied.

A lot of the characters I created did get readers’ love.

Like the sharp‑tongued but secretly very gentle androgynous trap, Rogied.

Like the scheming, pervy yet devoted Imperial Princess, Qiana.

Like the airheaded ViniVini, tricked out of her little village by the protagonist and then tricked into giving him her heart.

And like that girl knight, Anjerite, who from the very start was destined to be bound to the protagonist.

Oladef, Silvia, Jojo, Noksu, Pikaball, Reiji, Yayalia—on and on.

And of course, the one who stayed by the protagonist’s side from beginning to end, always always there, the true canon partner, Yubis.

Ahem, I’m totally not going to admit to everyone that I’m a perfectly legal loli‑con! Nope, not saying it~

Everyone has their own past and their own hardships. Everyone’s story is both a new beginning and an ending.

I originally planned to use side stories to write a personal coming‑of‑age tale for each of them. Just like the girl knight setting off, and the birth of the Empress, I wanted to show how every heroine changed and grew.

But after thinking about it, I… gave up on that…

(Actually it’s because I’m too lazy. So lazy, so so lazy!)

The story started in the newbie Village of Egramote, and it ends in that same newbie Village of Egramote. You could say it’s a proper beginning and a proper end.

All in all, it’s at least a work you can still look back on. Yeah, let’s say it’s… barely worth a read?

A thousand words boil down to just one sentence:

“It’s finished, finally finished, beautifully finished.”

Loose ends? What loose ends? (playing dumb~)

That’s it for the afterword. I won’t write a little bonus skit, or you’ll all start obsessing over it—ehehe~

Below is the latest info on the new book.

(It’s not the “Panties” one, it’s the “Little Sister” one—“Panties” was just something I wrote on a random impulse. Though “Little Sister” was also… anyway, the protagonist’s build is exactly the same in both, only the story changes a bit. Please enjoy with peace of mind.)

Title: About Becoming the Strongest and Wanting to Kill My Little Sister

Synopsis:

My little sister is cute, obedient, thoughtful, and always takes good care of me;

My teacher is charming, generous, gentle, and always very forgiving toward me;

My best friend is fresh as a breeze, wonderful, intellectual, and understands me so well;

My goddess is… I’m sorry, I really can’t keep bullshitting this. Just kill me already, all of you!

——

Basically, the story goes like this: after my (the protagonist’s) dad remarries, my stepmother brings along a little sister. She’s ridiculously outstanding, to the point I can’t lift my head up either at home or outside. And she’s a hardcore big‑brother‑con. A seriously extreme bro‑con. Her joining the family makes it impossible for my life to stay normal, so I start having thoughts about getting rid of her. Then one day a goddess comes and makes a deal with me—

——

Genre‑wise, it’s school life, comedy, mythology and that sort of thing… it’s very safe, so please consume freely.

Questions readers might ask:

1. Is the protagonist a trap?

Are you kidding me? Since when would I, Yeyè, not write a tsundere trap?!

2. Is it a harem?

Are you kidding?! Since when would I, Yeyè, end up with White Album routes, School Days routes, tragic unrequited love routes?!

3. Is it a comedy?

Are you kidding?! Whoever asked that, please go read the genre tag up there!

4. Who’s in the harem?

Are you kidding, the harem… well… um… please read it yourself and find out~ thank you~

Alright, we’ll end it here.

Thank you all for staying with me for these months. I’m incredibly grateful, incredibly thankful.

Please keep staying with Yeyè in the days to come too~

I’m your clever Yeyè, not dumb at all—honestly.
