Soulshadow Tianyou gazed at the blue sun on the distant horizon and asked Loli Monkey, "What do you think of this sun?"

"Opinion? Not really," Loli Monkey replied, tilting her head with a puzzled tone.

"Do you have any useful data on this blue sun? Anything to help us clear this stage?" Soulshadow Tianyou asked softly.

"Okay, Master, wait a moment."

Halfway up the hill, Loli Monkey suddenly stopped. Her golden eyes glowed, flickering with phantom data streams for an instant.

"Hm? Are you okay?" Soulshadow Tianyou murmured, confused about her pet.

"Uh, Master, I just accessed my database," Loli Monkey said, shaking her head as if dizzy.

"You have a database too? Scary... Did you find anything useful?" Soulshadow Tianyou wasn't surprised anymore. If Loli Monkey revealed hidden abilities next, she wouldn't flinch.

"This blue sun isn't the Plague Deity, but it's deeply connected to one," Loli Monkey said, trying a serious face. She aimed for a ghost-story vibe, but her cute, pinkish cheeks made it impossible to fear.

"Oh? So you found something useful," Soulshadow Tianyou smiled.

"In my 100-terabyte game database, I only found one line... An ancient text says: 'When the blue sun rises from the earth, it shall be time for me and my kin to rule anew—Andelus Androm.'"

"Andelus Androm? What kind of weird name is that?" Soulshadow Tianyou grumbled.

"It's a Plague Deity's text. Andelus Androm should be a Plague Deity's name."

"So besides that Andelus name, we still know nothing," Soulshadow Tianyou sighed.

"I did my best, Master," Loli Monkey sighed helplessly, mimicking her master.

"You're too clever for your size," Soulshadow Tianyou said, ruffling Loli Monkey's hair.

"Hehe~ Let's keep going, Master," Loli Monkey tugged her hand.

"Mm, let's go. We'll cross that bridge when we come to it."

They continued to the hill's foot.

...

At the path's center stood an altar and two broken stone pillars. The scene felt deeply eerie.

Soulshadow Tianyou and Loli Monkey lingered at the fishing village entrance. They hid beside a nearby pillar, quietly observing inside.

"Master, it's so scary. Do we really have to go in?" Loli Monkey asked, clutching Soulshadow Tianyou's wrist fearfully.

Soulshadow Tianyou said nothing, patting her head. Then she gazed solemnly at the village.

Indeed, the view was horrifying... As they neared, a light drizzle began to fall.

From the hilltop, details were blurred. Now close, they saw it clearly. The wooden huts were dilapidated, ancient, rotting. Seaweed and sea snails covered every surface. Shallow seawater flooded the ground—damp, muddy. Withered wood, dense grass, strange sea rocks. Infested jars and timber. The whole village looked long abandoned.

Faint blue sunlight bathed the place. Reflected, it draped everything in deep azure—beautiful yet unsettling.

But the true terror lay elsewhere...

Among washed-up stones were human-shaped statues. All knelt on the ground, bowing toward the blue sun over the distant sea.

Small wooden boats floated freely. Each held a long, human-shaped bundle wrapped like a mummy.

Soulshadow Tianyou knew those statues weren't carved. And those white bundles held nothing comforting.

"These damn game designers," she muttered coldly. "They don't just make gameplay uncomfortable—they twist your insides too."
