“Uuugh… where is this…?”

The Little Loli murmured in a daze, then slowly opened her big eyes—only to realize her whole body felt icy cold.

“Yaa——!!!”

She let out a sharp yelp. She’d just noticed she was lying completely naked on a bed. But when she spotted the clothes folded beside her, memories crashed back into her mind like a rising tide.

“I… I think I was just…”

Remembering what had happened, her face flushed scarlet. She buried her head between her knees.

“I-I never thought Nana would be that bold this time…”

“But where did Nana go?”

The Little Loli looked around the room, but saw no one. Outside, the sky was already turning dark.

“How long did I sleep…?”

She rubbed her hair in that cute, half-awake way. Just then, the bathroom door opened, and someone walked out—it was Joanna.

Right now she had only a white towel wrapped around her. Her brown hair was a bit messy over her shoulders, and in her brown eyes there was a very satisfied gleam. Wisps of white steam curled off her body, and she walked out like some fairy descending from heaven.

“Yo, Xiaoxue, you finally woke up. I was calling you just now and you didn’t respond at all.”

Seeing the Little Loli curled up there, completely naked, Joanna’s lips unconsciously curled into a wicked little smile.

“Oh, it’s you, Nana. I was just looking all over for you. Haa~”

Seeing her bestie appear, the Little Loli relaxed all over and let out an adorable yawn.

“Since you’re up, come take another bath with me.”

Joanna’s tone carried a queen-like pressure, making it impossible for the Little Loli to muster any will to refuse.

“N-no… it’s fine… I’ll go… by myself…”

She finally forced the words out, then lowered her head again, cheeks burning.

“Really?”

She didn’t even realize Joanna’s voice was already right by her ear. A hand hooked around her calf, and the other arm scooped up her petite body.

“That won’t do at all~~~”

Joanna blew a warm breath against her earlobe. The Little Loli instantly went limp again and collapsed into her arms.

The two of them went into the bathroom like that. The Little Loli felt herself being gently lowered into an oversized bathtub. Warm water flowing in from the side confirmed her guess, and then she felt a soft, delicate body press down on top of her.

“Nana, don’t~~~~”

Just as she was about to cry out, her best friend’s lips sealed her own.

After a long while—

“Mm-mm—mm~~~~”

The Little Loli squirmed in protest. The water in the tub was already about to spill over the edge. Joanna finally noticed something was wrong and snapped back to her senses. When their lips parted, a thin silver thread still connected them.

Realizing what they’d just been doing, the Little Loli’s face went bright red again. She dunked her whole head into the water, while Joanna just let out an evil little laugh, took a deep breath, and dove in after her.

After another round of entangling underwater, they finally came out of the bathroom. Wrapped in a bathrobe, the Little Loli took out her phone and saw several missed calls—all from her mom.

She swiped to unlock it. The moment the call connected, Mrs. Xiao’s voice came through:

“Xiaoxue, you child, out playing this late and you didn’t even call your mom. I was worried sick.”

“Aww, I fell asleep at a classmate’s place just now. When I woke up it was already this late. I’m sorryyy~~”

She whined coquettishly into the phone.

“Fine, fine, I really don’t know what to do with you.”

Just as the Little Loli was about to keep talking, Joanna suddenly snatched the phone and said,

“Hello, Auntie, I’m your daughter’s friend. It’s already pretty late tonight, so we’ll have her sleep over at our place. I’ll go to school with her tomorrow, so please don’t worry.”

“Uh…”

Mrs. Xiao’s voice clearly hesitated. After all, letting her daughter stay overnight at someone else’s house would make any parent nervous.

“…All right then. I’ll trouble you to look after my daughter. Goodbye.”

With that, the call ended.

“Nana, you…”

The Little Loli still hadn’t fully processed what had just happened, but Joanna had already pushed her down onto the bed again and wrapped both arms tightly around her.

Right now, Xiao Qianxue was like a little doll, obediently nestled in her best friend’s embrace.

“Do you still have anything you want to ask?”

Joanna released her arms and planted her hands on either side of the Little Loli, looking down at her.

“N-no… nothing…”

Under Joanna’s aggressive gaze, the Little Loli didn’t dare resist. She just went along quietly.

Soon, a servant led the two of them to a small dining room on the second floor. Apparently they often held important meetings on the first floor, so they’d set aside a special area upstairs as a dining room for Joanna.

During dinner, the two of them ate while chatting, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. In the end, as usual, it ended with the Little Loli sweeping the table clean like a tiny storm.

After dinner, they went back to that big bed. Just then, Joanna suddenly stared at the Little Loli’s face and asked,

“Xiaoxue, what’s with your eyes?”

“Huh?”

The Little Loli froze, and only then remembered—she’d totally forgotten that her eyes turned red at night.

“Ah, that… Nana…”

She tried to brush it off with a laugh, but Joanna suddenly hopped over to sit right in front of her, locking eyes with her.

“They’re red. Why?” Joanna asked.

“Well… actually I have this weird illness. At night my eyes change color. Isn’t it strange? Hahaha… ha.”

By the end of her laugh, even she felt awkward.

“Who are you trying to fool, you little brat!”

Joanna shoved the Little Loli down in one go, then straddled her slender waist. Her hands slid up into the Little Loli’s armpits.

“If you won’t talk, then don’t blame me.”

“Hahahahahaha…!”

And so, a certain loli suffered all kinds of “kind treatment.”

Afterward, she lay sprawled on the bed, clothes in disarray, panting heavily.

“Fine, I’ll talk, okay? I’ll talk…”

The Little Loli finally surrendered.

“Nana, you know my body’s different from normal people, right? My strength, my speed, my stamina, all of it. It’s a really strange ability, and I don’t know what’s going on either. But the side effect is that when the moon comes out, my eyes turn red.”

She explained it clearly and carefully. Joanna frowned as she listened, but in the end she said,

“Okay, that’s believable enough. Who besides me knows about this?”

“My dad…”

The Little Loli answered seriously.

“All right then. Don’t let a third person find out.”

Joanna’s expression was deadly serious as she spoke. One hand, however, mischievously reached up to pinch the Little Loli’s cheek.

“Got it… ow!!!”

The Little Loli clutched her face and yelped.

And with that, the night… deepened…
