"Wait a moment, Aunt Fox! I have something to say to you..."
"I'm not waiting!"
With indifference, Beezelbub raised her hand, and several eerie white bones jutted out from her elbow joints, viciously pointing towards Merka.
At the tip of each bone blinked indescribable elements of terror – thunder, flames, crumbling earth, snow torture – they all transformed into ferocious beasts, snarling menacingly at Merka.
"Ultimate Element."
As a habit, Beezelbub uttered the incantation. Her crimson lips slightly parted, and all the monstrous creatures manifested from her hand shot towards Merka as if possessed.
"Flame Train!"
The meteor transformed into a fierce tiger pounced towards Merka first, like a world-ending meteorite, crashing towards Merka with unwavering force.
Yet it was still too late, missing Merka by a step.
The whistle of the flame train and the dangerous crackling of electric arcs resounded around Merka! In that moment, Merka seemed to surpass his limits, narrowly avoiding the massive meteor hurtling towards him.
A fierce wind strong enough to dissipate any creature followed behind the giant meteor, and the tiger, with an unstoppable force, crashed heavily towards the ground, almost engulfing Merka in its vortex.
Just as he escaped the tiger's jaws, he faced another threat.
The frost spirit drifting towards him was not as easy to dodge as the rocks. Like a hidden phantom, it gently attached to Merka's body, the eternal chill instantly invading his body, turning his physical structure upside down.
First the skin, then the tissues, and finally the blood, the relentless chill seeped into Merka's body, turning everything it touched into layers of fragile ice.
A peculiar swelling ache gradually engulfed Merka's whole body, the sensation of blood stagnation causing him immense pain, almost making him faint any moment.
Soon after, Merka's entire body nearly turned into an ice sculpture, slowly unraveling into tiny ice crystals in the air. In just a few seconds, most of Merka's organs had ceased functioning, even his senses fading away in his mind.
"What...?"
In awe of Beezelbub's power, before Merka could finish half a word, an enormous eagle with wings spanning hundreds of meters had flown behind Merka.
Like a dark cloud over a city, the massive body of the eagle slowly crushed Merka's body, unable to escape due to the freeze.
Transparent and slender, composed entirely of lightning, the more one looked inside, the more frightening it became - a magnificent thunderstorm lay hidden within its body.
Countless thunders angrily churned, swirled, and danced inside, as if celebrating the imminent death of the opponent, even unable to contain their excitement.
"Bastet's Electric Command!"
Merka, utilizing the only part of his body that could move, his mouth, shouted out the magic previously used by Mulan.
A gigantic two-tailed cat beast made of cat claws tightly protected Merka.
The cat claw magic, originally used by Bastet to play the harp, had been specialized to endure lightning to a great extent for increased speed.
Although it certainly couldn't withstand the inner thunderstorm of the Thunder Eagles, holding back the outer layers of the lightning clouds for a few seconds was still possible.
"Beelzebub, truly is…"
Merka had thought that she had seen enough powerful sorcerers, but she had never expected to encounter a being as absurdly powerful as Beelzebub in this world.
Harmonizing with nature, controlling the elements, treating the heavens and earth as insignificant, manipulating the universe at their fingertips.
This is simply… this is not simply like…
"Simply like a god, isn't it?"
As if whispers from the netherworld suddenly appeared and then vanished. Merka quickly turned around to look, only to find a raging Flame Dragon, flanked on both sides, along with the Thunder Eagle in the front, ferociously attacking towards Merka's back.
It roared furiously, its presence shattering heaven and earth, as if it intended to turn anything that dared to stand in its way into dust.
"Oh no… Heart of the Furnace!"
Merka, nearly frozen solid, was unable to dodge. Desperate, she made up her mind, closed her eyes, and unleashed a tsunami-like torrent of mud and rocks from her body.
The still-forming mud and rocks met the overwhelming Flame Dragon head-on. Merka gritted her teeth, eyes tightly shut, preparing to face the cataclysmic sea of flames.
"This is the backdrop, foolish child."
Instead of the expected flames, a fragile fist shattered the void.
Beelzebub appeared in front of Merka with a smirk, lifting her left fist and pulverizing all the rock armor that had formed on Merka, while also smashing through the thin layer of ice that encased Merka's body.
She is… she really wants to kill me!
A terrifying thought drifted through Merka's mind.
With death looming so close, Merka held her breath, the intense pain almost causing her to lose consciousness.
Grinning, Beelzebub raised her right fist and swung a massive arc, extending her arm to fiercely strike Merka.
With a side glance, Merka finally noticed that the Flame Dragon had remained on Beelzebub's right fist the whole time, never being released.
"Hold on, Merka!"
"Three seconds left!"
The enraged shout of the shadow woke Merka from the brink of unconsciousness. Summoning the last of her strength, she activated the holy relics of Mulan and the War Duke.
A pale blue figure emerged from Merka's upper body, crackling with electricity, and inexplicably speedily pulled out a twisted wand from Merka's embrace.
"The Sea-divider!"
Blinding auroras shattered hundreds of miles of clouds, a uniquely shaped baton stood defiantly in the center of the sky, the primal primordial power once again confronting the Dragon Head in Beelzebub's hand, with a solid clash.
A sound of shattering glass echoed, and Merka disappeared in the magnificent explosion.
