Turing continued his morning exercise until noon, and Merka cooked three dishes and a soup using the fish she caught in the lake. They had lunch together.

Without oil, Merka could only grill the fish and steam it. There's not much to say about grilled fish, while steamed fish can be steamed together with almond and lotus seed.

The remaining fish head was made into soup, but without spices, the taste was much less flavorful.

Sitting at the dining table, Merka sipped the fish soup and smacked her lips, looking at the small Turing who was sitting next to her, shoulder to shoulder. Surprisingly, Turing seemed to be enjoying the soup.

Turing, with a smile on her face, scooped up the yellow and white fish soup in the soup plate with a flat spoon, as if she had no objection to the soup without spices.

As for why she chose to sit next to Merka rather than facing her, it was naturally Turing's request!

Merka couldn't help but realize that Turing had a dominant and dependent personality. Although she herself was not without opinions, when it came to love, she clung to you like a piece of toffee, sticking by your side all day long.

Helpless but filled with indulgence, Merka turned her face and smiled at Turing, who tilted her head in confusion.

Although she was a little dissatisfied with the dishes she cooked, Merka thought to herself that many Curseborn might not even have anything to eat!

Merka couldn't help but feel a little ashamed of her own class privilege.

The topic of Mammon they were discussing earlier seemed to have evaporated from Turing's little head. Sitting on the wooden high-back chair, Turing sat with her feet raised, grabbing Merka's sleeve, gesturing for another bowl of soup.

"Alright, I'll get you more."

Merka looked at the soft and tender Turing and felt that she was both adorable and fun.

Turing must have tasted a variety of delicacies and was not likely to enjoy this fish soup, at most pretending to like it to make herself happy.

This girl had already grown emotionally without Merka realizing it.

Merka had witnessed Turing's growth all the way.

Just like seeing her daughter grow up.

With this thought in mind, Merka rubbed Turing's head again and gently massaged the faint, almost permanent dark circles under her eyes—a badge left behind by her painful past.

Otherwise, with the old Turing, how could she have such emotional intelligence?

Contentedly, Merka refilled Turing's bowl, accompanied by some fruits. Merka and Turing were satisfied with this meal.

After finishing their meal, Merka suggested that they go out for a walk and buy some ingredients for cooking.

"Sure."

"But I'm not sure if Maria will let me go out freely."

"Now...I am probably a rather serious topic for discussion."

"Too many people recognize my face."

"Technically, I should still be locked up in prison."

"Otherwise, I have no reason not to be sent back to Crotto."

Turing raised herself on her tiptoes, bored and sat on the wooden chair, spinning her ankle.

"I wonder if I can show up in public?"

"Turing asked.

Merka remained silent for a moment, unable to come up with a particularly good solution, but he felt that he shouldn't ask Maria about this matter.

If he were to ask Maria, it was likely that she would not agree to let Turing go out to play.

"How about...wearing a hat to disguise yourself?"

Merka tentatively suggested.

"That won't work."

Turing laughed.

"Forget it, forget it, I still have a crown on my shoulder, I can't hide from it."

"I can use a backdrop."

"But even though this way I can disguise myself."

"You won't be able to see what I look like."

Slightly taken aback, Merka noticed that the shape of Turing's face in his magical vision had changed slightly.

This must be the effect of the backdrop.

"...How come?"

"I've always known what Turing looks like."

In silence, Merka took Turing's hand, his eyes filled with infinite love.

He had never said it, but he had never actually seen what Turing looked like. In his magical vision, whether it was a beautiful girl or an ugly Curseborn, the difference was not significant.

The reason why Turing was so lovely and beautiful in Merka's heart was partly due to his imagination, but more importantly, it was the call of his soul.

"It's so lively, Merka."

"It's really fun, even more fun than Red Port!"

The white streets were filled with white buildings.

Gothic, pale buildings lined up irregularly to form a long pedestrian street.

Various goods were displayed in the colorful shops, dazzling the eyes and enticing every passerby to pull out their wallet and buy something.

Although the shouts of each shop were not loud, the bustling chatter and negotiation undoubtedly served as the best signboard for every store.

The people of Po City seemed to lack the leisurely demeanor of the Acadia people and had a German-like rigor.

You may not see the warmth towards life that is common among the Acadia people in them, but if you talk to them a little, you will discover it.

The personalities of the people here are like honey, a bit too sweet, but without losing its flavor;

They don't like to laugh out loud, but rather prefer to smile.

They don't enjoy feasts, but rather prefer delicate and exquisite dishes.

Everything is just right, everything is just perfect.

This is the most common characteristic of all Po City people who advocate fairness and justice.
