"Remember, you owe me a favor!" After Lanoras left, Talisa smiled mischievously.

"Your sword is gone, is it really not a problem?" Bexia asked, how could he not know the importance of the golden sword?

"Don't you have another one?" Talisa reached out and snatched the Shadowless Sword from Bexia's hand, waving it twice, causing the blade to turn invisible.

"Are you leaving again?" Talisa's tone was noticeably downcast.

"Just going out for a bit," Bexia shrugged.

"Oh, the king told me something before!" Talisa suddenly remembered a secret that had been passed down in the royal family for generations, a secret regarding the founder of Gail City and their connection to the Great Sage.

"What is it?" Bexia asked, looking at Talisa with a rare serious expression.

"The founder of Gail City was actually a disciple of the Great Sage, but was exiled for certain reasons and later established this kingdom here!" Talisa revealed.

"Is that so?!" Bexia fell silent for a moment. It almost sounded like a curse against the Great Sage, perhaps borne out of resentment from being exiled.

"Alright, I see," Bexia nodded. Upon further reflection, there seemed to be a deeper meaning behind it all.

As Lanoras looked at the tablet carved in the likeness of his mentor, he gripped the golden sword in his hand, his excitement indescribable. He had also glimpsed the power of the Cup of Authority, but back then he was weak and the Great Sage would never allow him near it.

"The Cup of Authority!" Lanoras murmured, looking up at the sky. There was a secret that no one else knew, not even the Great Sage - he was not the chosen one.

With a crack, Lanoras placed the golden sword back in its original place, and all seven artifacts on the tablet emitted a dazzling light.

Cracks slowly spread across the tablet, glowing with a golden light, and the cup held by the figure on the tablet shone the brightest, gradually revealing a cup-shaped object.

"Haha! Everything will be mine!" Lanoras laughed excitedly as he gazed at the Cup of Authority. Suddenly, he looked up at the sky, where a brilliant light shone down, revealing a figure enveloped in golden light - one of the three divine kings, the Sun God!

As the tablet cracked open, the barrier shrouding the earth disappeared, allowing all the gods to descend. Sensing the presence of the Cup of Authority, the Sun God descended first.

"Lanoras!" The Sun God's voice was majestic and mysterious. His body, shining like light, appeared fantastical. If Bexia were here, he would surely recognize that the Sun God was an elemental being!

"Sun God, you're here!" Lanoras replied casually, as if chatting with an old friend.

The two stared at each other for a long time. The Sun God furrowed his brows slightly and said, "It seems you are prepared. The God of the Underworld and the God of War have not come!"

The Sun God looked at Lanoras, disbelieving that the other two divine kings would have no interest in the Cup of Authority. Since they had not arrived yet, the only possibility was that they had been hindered.

"This is the Cup of Authority, something that no one can resist!" Lanoras smiled knowingly. "But I am lucky to have found two fellows who have no interest in it!"

"Oh!" The Sun God was surprised, especially when Lanoras mentioned two individuals. He could probably guess one of them was the champion of the Dragon clan, but the other was a mystery to him.

"Of course! Do you think I haven't improved? My teacher's legacy has been fully passed down to me. I don't mean to boast, but I am the second Great Sage!" Lanoras asserted, radiating self-confidence.
