At a single glance, Mo Zhai was able to see through the backgrounds of Bexia and the others, leaving Bexia quite surprised. However, it was evident that there was no malicious intent, just a genuine curiosity about the peculiar combination of Bexia's group.

"Father!" Mo Qingqin called out to Mo Zhai, reminding him that he had gone a bit too far. After all, prying into someone's background was not a good thing to do.

"Haha! I'm just curious!" Mo Zhai chuckled and twirled his beard meaningfully as he said to Bexia, "Young man, you are quite extraordinary. I can't seem to figure out your origins!"

"I'm nothing out of the ordinary, so perhaps that's why you couldn't tell!"

"Alright! I won't probe further!" Mo Zhai said with a smile. "I heard from Qingqin that you've helped her a lot?"

"Just a small gesture of goodwill!"

"Help is help, I don't like beating around the bush!" Mo Zhai continued, "I heard you were exiled from your hometown and are trying to find its coordinates?"

"Indeed, that's the case!"

"Alright! Let me calculate for you and see where you hail from!" Mo Zhai extended his palm flat, revealing a peculiar item consisting of eight rings. With a flick of his hand, the strange device enlarged several times.

"Give me a strand of hair!" Mo Zhai instructed.

"Sure!" Bexia immediately plucked a strand of hair, and as soon as he reached out, the hair flew into the strange device. Then, the eight differently sized rings began to rotate continuously.

"This is the Divination Instrument. It's my father's masterpiece and can calculate various things. Apart from the Daoist practice of I Ching by Huang-Lao, my father is the best at divination on the Pangu supercontinent!" Mo Qingqin introduced.

As time passed, the Divination Instrument began to show intermittent scenes related to Bexia. At this point, Mo Zhai's finger emitted a ray of light that fell on the Divination Instrument, causing the scene to turn chaotic again before eventually darkening.

"Swoosh!"

Suddenly, two red lights flickered in the darkness, and a pair of blood-red eyes opened. The Divination Instrument instantly entered a state of chaos again.

However, the scenes did not end there. Another image appeared, depicting a grand and ancient gate standing between the universe. A large hand reached out from it, and the Divination Instrument once again returned to chaos.

Further visions appeared, this time showing a vague figure. Then, the Divination Instrument suddenly stopped and emitted a faint cracking sound.

"Crack!"

"Hmm?!" Mo Zhai frowned, retrieved the Divination Instrument, and said to Bexia, "My instrument seems to have some issues. I'll continue the divination for you later. For now, young man, you can stay at my place for a while!"

"Thank you, Senior Mo!" Bexia was puzzled because the previous scenes seemed to have no effect on him, as if they were not about him.

"Qingqin, take them downstairs to rest!"

"Yes, Father!"

As Mo Qingqin led Bexia away, Mo Zhai stood up and walked further into the cave. After moving past a massive rock, he reached his bedroom.

The interior was simple, with only a stone bed, an ancient longsword hanging at the foot of the bed inscribed with "Nonaggression," a bookshelf filled with bamboo scrolls, and a stone stool cushioned with grass at the other end.

"This kid is really mysterious, even the Yan Sky Instrument couldn't withstand the backlash!" Mo Di took out the Yan Sky Instrument once again, looking at the cracked instrument with a pang of heartache, after all, it was one of his proudest creations.

After repairing the Yan Sky Instrument with a pile of materials, Mo Di activated it again, eager to find out the truth.

Under Mo Di's control, the Yan Sky Instrument started running again, and the first scene reappeared. When those red eyes appeared, Mo Di quickly made a gesture with his hands, freezing the image at that moment.

"Let me see what background this kid really has!"

"Yan Sky Instrument, deduce for me!" Mo Di's hand gestures changed rapidly, and the red eyes suddenly transformed as if breaking through countless barriers of space and worlds. Just as he was about to see the result, a sudden change occurred.

"Boom!"

"What's happening?!" Bexia, walking halfway there, suddenly heard a loud noise from behind. Smoke and dust rose from Mo Di's cave.

"It's alright! Probably just another one of my father's experiments gone wrong, don't worry about it!" Mo Qingqin reassured.

"Come on! Let me show you somewhere to stay."

"Are you sure everything is okay?" Bexia felt a bit unsure.

"It's really fine, my father may be lacking in some areas, but nothing serious ever happens!" Mo Qingqin said confidently.

"Let's go!" Mo Qingqin pushed Bexia forward, leading her to a garden not far from the cave, where many vegetables were grown, surrounded by simple thatched huts lined up next to each other.

"No one lives here, you can choose any one!" Mo Qingqin warned: "But let me make it clear, these are just ordinary grass huts. I put in a lot of effort to fix them up, so please don't damage anything!"

"Got it, Aunt Mo!" Bexia nodded.

On the other side, Mo Di waved his hand to restore the cave to its original state, then stared blankly at the pieces of the Yan Sky Instrument in his hand...
