"Ding!"
Facing the arrow shooting towards him, Akula instinctively reacted by blocking it with the short sword in his hand at a speed akin to reflexes, and the blade collided with the arrow, creating a bright spark.
"Haah!"
Akula exerted all his strength to deflect the arrow, finally deviating its trajectory. However, the power of the divine arrow was not limited to this. Most of its force was unleashed within the domain. The arrow imbued with divine power pierced through the domain and shot into the area that belonged to Akula.
The gap seemed insignificant, yet it disrupted the overall stability of the domain. Initially, there were no issues in the battle between Rinka and the lava giant. But now, ripples appeared in the surrounding space, as if it were about to shatter like a water mirror at any moment.
"Disappear!" Rinka had already pushed the lava giant into the flames, using a combination of fists and kicks as if she were street brawling with a thug, relentlessly pounding it until the lava giant reverted to its original form.
"Hahaha!"
Rinka stood there laughing arrogantly with hands on her hips, sensing the changes in the surrounding domain. She glanced at the fiery clouds above, snorted coldly, stomped her feet, causing flames to splash, and her figure swiftly ascended.
Five kilometers…
Six kilometers…
Seven kilometers…
...
The space of the domain was limited. When Rinka's body exceeded ten thousand meters, it seemed to hit an illusory barrier. She raised her hands upwards and pushed forcefully!
"Ah!"
"Boom!"
The domain shattered into countless fragments like a broken egg, the high temperature of the flames gradually diminishing, and the view restored to the outside world.
"This guy is really…" Bexia looked at the broken barrier, feeling extremely speechless. She didn't know how to deal with this person who appeared to be a little girl but was surprisingly violent!
"Still want to fight?" After breaking the domain, Yue provocatively looked at Akula.
"Do you think breaking my domain means you've won?" Akula smirked mysteriously. Suddenly, a gust of wind approached, and Bexia frowned as she saw a dozen more elemental clansmen appearing beside him, each with formidable strength, at least at the level of high-ranking saints.
"Are you just stalling for time to wait for this bunch of trash?" Enlarged Rinka's voice became as thunderous as a thunderclap, causing ear discomfort.
"Then let's give it a try!" Akula's face turned cold, and he coldly ordered, "Hold those two women back, leave the rest to me!"
"Yes!" The elemental clansmen immediately acted, drawing two immortal artifacts to quickly surround Yue and Rinka, leaving only Bexia and Akula in the divided battlefield.
"It seems your target is me!" Bexia unexpectedly glanced at Akula. Originally, the target was probably Rinka, but upon seeing him, the target clearly shifted.
But thinking about it, the value of the Chaos Sacred Tree speaks for itself, definitely more precious than what Rinka held in her hands!
"The shame you gave me last time, I will return it one by one!"
"Are you sure you want to fight me? I can't hold back!" Bexia chuckled as she looked at him. Just a moment ago, she was almost shot by him. Where did he gather the courage to challenge her?
"I can't hold back either!" Akula revealed a faint sneer, his wings of calamitous fire unfolding behind him, resembling a fiery bird rising from his back. Flames erupted from his body, quickly forming a small giant over three meters tall entirely composed of flames.
"Do you still have the ability to transform?!"
"Well, I happen to be able to transform too!" Bexia chuckled, feeling the effects of eating a chaos fruit.
"Chaos: Finality!"
A gray light flashed from Bexia's eyes as horns, large wings, a tail, and sharp claws burst out of his body. A savage light filled his eyes, as if something inside his body was expanding, giving him the sensation that his body was about to explode.
"What is this...?" Akula was taken aback by Bexia's transformation, but before he could process it, Bexia appeared in front of him in what seemed like an instant teleportation.
"Ugh!!!" Startled, Akula immediately blocked a punch aimed at his face with the short sword in his hand.
"Clang!"
As the fist made contact with the sword, sparks flew, causing Akula's pupils to shrink. Despite his sword not being a divine weapon, its sharpness exceeded the limit of a sacred weapon, yet it couldn't pierce through Bexia's defense?
"Are you paying attention?" Bexia's lips curved into a demon-like smile as he grabbed the sharp blade with his bare hand, kicking Akula hard in the stomach, sending him flying.
"Cough cough!" The force of the kick was terrifying, and Akula felt as if his body was on the verge of shattering, even his core resonated from the impact.
"Crack!" Suddenly, a sound rang out, and Akula felt a moment of confusion as if something had distanced itself from him. When he looked up, he saw the broken blade. Unable to maintain his form, he reverted back to his human shape, spitting out magma-like blood.
"You will die!" Akula's eyes widened with rage, bloodshot and on the verge of tears. This was the prototype of his exclusive divine weapon, nurtured for countless years, yet it was destroyed just like that. His hatred towards Bexia had reached its peak.
"I will make you pay!" Spitting out these icy words, Akula's wings of calamitous fire expanded to a kilometer, a huge phantom bird screeched as it soared towards the sky and then rapidly charged at Bexia.
However, this attack, although seemingly grand, lacked actual power. After unleashing this move, Akula immediately crushed a black crystal, disappearing from the spot.
He actually fled!
For Akula, whether a weapon was divine or not was inconsequential; losing years of cultivation was the real blow. But life was precious, and he was not a fool. Despite his extreme anger towards Bexia, who was currently in an invincible state, he had not let his hatred cloud his judgment, remembering his teacher's advice to prioritize survival in any situation.
"Master! He ran away!" Christine alerted Bexia, who was in a significantly different mental state, displaying a violent and ruthless side he had not seen before, his reactions dulled by overwhelming emotions.
"He ran away!" Upon Christine's reminder, Bexia tore the firebird to pieces, then turned his gaze towards the direction in which Akula had fled.
"Run?! Hahaha!" Bexia let out a grim, menacing laugh.
"Master! You don't seem to be in a very good state right now," Christine reminded.
"No! I feel great at the moment. I have never been better than I am now!"
