Chapter 7 After chaos, before the world
update icon Updated at 2025/12/4 3:10:12

At the dawn of the world, when chaos was first opened, this is the realm of the primordial chaos, where only the immortals can enter. What are you all waiting for? Fortune is right before your eyes! A white-bearded old man in a long robe spoke up, his voice loud enough for many to hear. Although he did not move, he successfully enticed many people to charge into the chaos.

However, this saint-level white-bearded old man turned his gaze to the three immortal-class battleships. His words were not only to test if the newly opened realm of chaos was dangerous, but more so to see the reactions of the three immortal-class battleships. Otherwise, he was hesitant to enter, fearing being blocked by the people on those immortal-class battleships.

The older one gets, the more one fears death!

Seeing that a good number of people had entered the chaotic world, the people on the three immortal-class battleships did not react. The old man and some onlookers then rushed into the world of chaos, and Bexia was among the onlookers.

The three battleships still showed no reaction. It was only after most people had entered the nascent world of chaos that someone flew out from within.

The most ordinary of the immortal-class battleships was the first to have people emerging, around a hundred or so, with strengths ranging from saint to monarch, the majority being saints.

Nearly at the same time, some beings emerged from the other spherical immortal-class battleship. However, calling them beings was not entirely accurate, as those that emerged from this battleship were humanoid but not human — they were a race composed of pure elements: the Elemental Clan!

The Elemental Clan was quite unique, their bodies entirely made up of elemental power, with a core within them. As long as the core remained intact, they could continuously regenerate. They possessed extremely strong elemental talents and easily advanced to the saint level when compared to humans. However, despite this, the Elemental Clan was still a subservient race to the human race, as humans vastly outnumbered them in the universe, and the birth of strong individuals among humans was unparalleled due to their vast numbers.

The people who descended from the two immortal-class battleships exchanged a few words before heading into the nascent world from two different directions. However, before entering, they all glanced towards the third immortal-class battleship because the seniors on the battleship had warned them not to provoke the people on that battleship, as it belonged to the Blood Wolves Clan.

The Wolves Clan, a super race that had survived from the previous epoch, were once the favored gods of the universe in the previous epoch. Upon reaching adulthood, they became immortal spirits. Although suppressed in this universe epoch, this race with a small population still did not lack strong individuals.

Moreover, the most important point was that the Wolves Clan had a close connection with the Pangu supercontinent. Although the specifics were unclear, Pangu had publicly stated that the Wolves Clan were their friends.

Although not much was said, just this statement alone was enough. Be it fast or slow among other races, at least in the dimensional universe dominated by humans, this statement carried significant weight.

Of course, the most important factor was the intrinsic strength of the Wolves Clan. While they did not hold dominion over a creation-level plane individually, they had an independent living space, a place even more specialized than the grand cosmic-level dimensional worlds.

The Wolves Clan had two branches, the Flame Wolves Clan and the Blood Wolves Clan. The Flame Wolves focused mainly on physical cultivation, their bodies extremely robust, and due to their robust physique, their blood essence power was as intense as the sun, with wherever they passed turning into a drought-stricken land. It was said that in the previous universe epoch, the ancestors of the Flame Wolves Clan held the supreme power of the changing scorching summer as super god deities.

As for the other branch of the Blood Wolf Clan, they are precisely the opposite of the Flame Wolf Clan. While the Blood Wolves are physically strong, they are more well-rounded in their cultivation, with powerful bodies, strong souls, and profound laws. Their ancestors were the bloodthirsty gods who held sway over the realm of blood!

On the Blood Wolf Clan's warships, the atmosphere is quiet yet eerie, permeated with a hint of blood aura. Strangely, this blood aura lacks the usual stench and instead carries a distinct sweet flavor.

"Swoosh, swoosh, swoosh!" The dim passageway suddenly resounded with clamor as pairs of blood-red pupils darted through the darkness, swiftly transforming into shadows of black on their way towards the nascent world.

"Hmm!?" As Bexia stepped into the nascent world, a strange sensation burgeoned in his heart. He felt a profound sense of familiarity being here, and the chaotic world energies swirling around seemed exceptionally close to him, as if welcoming his arrival.

"This world has already birthed its world will, and this strand of will is connected to you, Betty. Therefore, this naïve will regards you as a friend, hence the proximity!" Lady Cloud continued, "This is good. As long as you refrain from harming this world, you can receive its support and obtain more treasures."

"Is this even possible?" Bexia was somewhat surprised, and a bit bewildered, as he absentmindedly rubbed his nose. "What have I done to help? I don't even know."

Nevertheless, since things were this way, Bexia didn't delve further and instead flew towards the inner reaches of the nascent world. The closer to the center, the more potent the power, and the creative qi could also coalesce better treasures.

How large is a world?

At least a nascent world generally isn't small. Even if, after formation, it's merely a hundred thousand-dimensional small world, in its nascent state, it still covers an area comparable to a realm of tens of millions.

Don't assume a nascent world is entirely safe. Here, dangers lurk just as strongly. The lingering chaotic, destructive, and creative energies, while opportunities, are inherently perilous. For instance, not long into his flight, Bexia spotted a vortex formed of chaotic energy.

Initially intending to approach to inquire about the situation, Bexia hadn't moved yet when a grey whirlpool suddenly materialized. The several individuals ahead hadn't reacted in time; without even a shriek, they were instantly pulverized by the chaotic vortex.

"!!!" A chill ran down Bexia's spine. This thing was terrifying; he felt that being engulfed in his current state would mean a brush with death.

But what astonished him even more was yet to come. After consuming those adepts, the vortex absorbed a strand of white creative energy, then with a violent wriggle, slowly transformed into a grotesque figure with a bird's head and human body, sporting green wings. Despite being a mere illusion, the aura emanating from it was formidable, even surpassing that of the complete Baso.

Instantly, Bexia was on high alert. Though just a phantom, Bexia sensed it as a life form, one born within the nascent world—a life form that could be considered among the first to originate in this world.
