"Brother! Why are you always procrastinating and only starting your homework the night before school starts?" Wenxin returned to the academy with her luggage, lecturing me earnestly.

Hmm? I caught a glimpse of silver hair in the corner of my eye.

"Long time no see, Tesha."

"Oh, it's you, acting president." Tesha tapped the machine twice and got a can of red tea as well.

"Tesha, is it still at your place?"

Drinking two cans of red tea, Tesha asked, "Did I ever mention that my cat is named Qiqi?"

"That means it's still there with you."

"It's been with me since I was born."

"That's good."

"Why are you suddenly interested in my cat?"

After thinking for a moment, I said, "Because I found it, and it hasn't learned how to transform into a human yet."

"Qin Yang, you're acting strange today. How can a house cat transform into a human?" Tesha replied impatiently.

I saw Tesha carrying her luggage and asked, "Isn't your dormitory building over there?" I pointed in the opposite direction to where Tesha was heading.

"Together?"

Wenxin took the two giants and walked back to her dormitory building.

"Tesha, I heard that you used to live in the mountains with your grandfather?"

"Yeah."

"But how come I heard that your grandfather passed away eighteen years ago?"

Tesha looked at me, pondered for a moment, and said, "What's the matter? Did you investigate my family?"

"No, just chatting. What about your father?"

"I've never met him," she said without hesitation, with a tone of "it's better that way."

While we were chatting, someone suddenly interrupted.

"Are you...Qin Yang?"

"Who are you?"

"I...I'm the new intern teacher in your class."

Intern teacher? I've been a substitute teacher before, so I can be considered a senior.

"Hello, teacher."

"Well, the teacher over there asked you to go over for the opening ceremony."

I walked calmly towards the auditorium, she shouldn't be causing trouble if she's here as an intern teacher.
