Over time, more and more demons rushed into the encirclement. The goblins didn't dare to delay anymore. They split up, with some resisting the demons that came to support, while others swarmed and besieged the demon guarding the purple-haired loli.

This is the first time I witnessed such a large-scale battle. Even though both sides were low-level, not exceeding the seventh rank, the numbers were extremely large. As someone who has only seen war scenes in movies, it was already quite shocking for me.

Looking down from above, the goblins and demons on the distant ground were just green and red dots with limbs. The battle between the two sides was fierce, causing countless casualties with just one clash.

The purple-haired loli remained seated on a stone, not getting up. Even though the demons around her suffered heavy casualties while resisting the goblins, she still did not make a move, as if none of this had anything to do with her.

The purple-haired loli probably had no experience in war. When the demons attacked the goblin's outer defense circle earlier, if she had ordered the demons around her to charge in one direction, the goblin forces would have been completely scattered. Unfortunately, she did not do so. I thought of two reasons: either she had no battle experience, or she was buying time.

The combat power of the demons was undeniable, and the number of goblins compared to the demons was far beyond the norm. The number of demons coming to support was getting fewer and fewer, presumably all the nearby ones had already come. The combat power between the two sides reached a strange balance. The goblin soldiers would bite, kick, and scratch with their claws even if they lost their weapons. The demons occasionally picked up some weapons to attack the enemies, but the biggest difference between the two sides was not the individual combat power, but rather the fact that goblins, due to their weakness, would cooperate with each other. The demons, on the other hand, hardly cooperated and relied solely on their personal bravery in battles.

The battle between the two sides lasted a long time, about two hours. In the end, the goblin leader had its throat bitten off by the last Greater Fiend. The entire battlefield was covered in corpses, blood flowing like a river, and only seven injured ordinary goblins and one heavily wounded dying Greater Fiend remained with the mysterious purple-haired loli.

The seven goblins originally wanted to escape, but their stupid heads only saw the ferocity displayed by the Greater Fiend when it killed their leader, completely ignoring the countless injuries on the Greater Fiend's body.

Goblins couldn't achieve anything without a certain number, and the Greater Fiend knew this. It opened its mouth and roared at the enemy, in order to show its strength. Unfortunately, occasionally one or two clever goblins, or ones whose minds were clouded by desire, would appear.

One goblin dropped the wooden club in its hand and picked up the curved sword of the dead leader. It seemed that holding the former leader's weapon would give it strength, or perhaps, in the moment it tightly grasped the sword, it became the new leader.

The new leader shouted at its companions, cursing and saying something. After hesitating for a while, the remaining six goblins finally rushed towards the Greater Fiend. The Greater Fiend didn't expect these timid and cowardly goblins to have the courage to challenge it, was astonished for a moment, but then became even more furious. It picked up the unfortunate goblin charging in front and ignored the attacks of the other goblins, biting and killing it.

However, this was also the Greater Fiend's final strength. The other goblins took advantage of the time when the Greater Fiend was attacking its companion, and relentlessly attacked with their weapons. Finally, one lucky goblin successfully stabbed the deepest wound on the back of the Greater Fiend with a spear. The wound was located where the jumping heart, which was vaguely visible, was under the vest. As a result, the goblin's spear pierced it, instantly killing the Greater Fiend. All resistance has been eliminated, so will the final outcome be the purple-haired loli becoming a captive of the goblins? The cry for help echoed in my mind once again, perhaps because of the distance, this time it was very clear [Please save me...]

No! I absolutely cannot allow this to happen! I absolutely do not condone forcing women!

Even though I was a shut-in in my past life, occasionally I would read some strange books, but those were just books, and I am ultimately a pure love type... Wait, how did I end up talking about books?

"Hey, you damn green-skinned midgets, look over here!" When there was only one Big Fiend left, I jumped down from the tree, quickly ran into the battlefield, and at that moment, the Big Fiend was killed. Ignoring the strange corpses under my feet, I mocked loudly and hit the shield with my sword, "You losers, all look over here."

The goblins probably couldn't understand the language of humans, but some provocative gestures and words were universal, just looking into their eyes was enough. After the goblins heard the deliberate sound I made, they all turned their heads and coincidentally saw me, who was already within 10 meters.

Due to the transmigration to a different world, my eyes were no longer the tragic eyes that had to wear high glasses in my past life to be able to see books clearly. At this moment, I also noticed something abnormal about the purple-haired loli. She was sitting on a stone, her eyes closed, and her body trembling slightly as if enduring some pain. It seemed like she was seriously injured, although not at the point of death yet, but if she were to be caught by the goblins... it would be better if she were dead. No matter what, I have to help her. With only six goblins left, I should be able to handle it.

A year ago, Rosca had taken me into the forest, and I specifically asked him to catch some goblins for me to practice against. At the beginning, I really couldn't bring myself to attack. But these green-skinned dwarves, these repugnant and foul creatures, really didn't leave a good impression. In order to activate my fighting spirit, I braved through and imagined the goblin's face as the face of someone who had bullied me before, and I fought against the goblin head-on. The result, well, of course, I won and gained a large amount of experience and even leveled up.

Unfortunately, my fighting spirit didn't appear...

Thinking of this, my mood suddenly became very bad. It seems that as a useless person like me, I can only bully goblins a little.

The new goblin leader pointed at me with his curved blade and said something. The goblin that had just stabbed the Big Fiend hesitated for a moment before slowly approaching me. Are they testing my strength? No, they also want to capture the purple-haired loli at the same time.

While I faced off against the spear-wielding goblin, two other ugly goblins reached out their hands towards the purple-haired loli, obviously intending to get hold of their breeding tool first.

You despicable creatures, I won't be polite.

With my shield in front, I quickly charged towards the goblin I was facing. This goblin was probably scared by my overwhelming momentum and became somewhat panicked, hurriedly thrusting with the spear. I blocked it with my small round shield, the force was not strong, the spear was blocked by my shield, and I continued forward, only a few steps away from it, I thrust my short sword straight through its heart!

Efficiently killing one goblin, my body trembled slightly, not out of fear, but excitement. It's been a year since I killed a goblin, I didn't expect to have such a violent factor hidden inside me. Was it because I was oppressed for too long in my previous life in a peaceful society? There are still five left, who cares, kill them first and then consider.

My right foot kicked the corpse, retrieved my short sword, blood splattered out, staining a large area on my face, extremely unpleasant. But the whole battlefield was filled with the smell of blood and corpses, I have gotten used to it.

Seeing me efficiently killing one goblin, the new goblin leader screamed and the two goblins who were about to capture the purple-haired loli retreated. In their eyes, the purple-haired loli is already like meat on the chopping board, they can take her whenever, but the key is to get rid of the new resistance, which is me.

With a howl, the new goblin leader led the charge, demonstrating its bravery by taking the lead. Behind it were the four surviving goblin soldiers. These guys all had some injuries to varying degrees, if we were to fight one-on-one, they wouldn't pose any threat to me, but there were a bit too many of them. This was the first time I faced more than five opponents at once.

The new goblin leader swung its curved blade at me as soon as we made contact. I was prepared and blocked it with my round shield, and the curved blade actually went into the shield, although not very deep.

Silently sensing the difference in power between the two sides, as someone who had trained for years, I was in an advantageous position, so I took an extra step forward and pushed the shield, smashing it against the new goblin leader's forehead.

With a loud "clang," the new goblin leader was knocked down by my shield strike, seeming as if it was knocked unconscious. I originally wanted to kill it directly, but unfortunately, the goblins behind it attacked and the first to strike were two spear-wielding goblins. The two spears with iron heads were aimed at my head and legs respectively. I quickly dodged the one aimed at my legs, lifted my shield up to block the other spear, and swung my sword at the same time. The short sword sliced through the throats of the two goblins like a silver light, causing blood to spurt out and them to collapse to the ground.

There were only three left.

Just as I thought I had the victory in my grasp, I was taken aback.

Next, I had to face the other two goblins, but suddenly, there was a sharp pain in my foot and my body tilted and fell to the ground. The unexpected loss of balance made me a bit panicked, so I quickly rolled to avoid the imminent attack. When I tried to stand up, I realized that my left leg wasn't responding... No, it wasn't that it wasn't responding, it was that my left calf was missing!

My leg was gone!? I became disabled?

Looking down, my left calf was indeed missing half of itself.

The new goblin leader laughed as it jumped up from the ground, brandishing its bloodied curved blade in front of me. It turned out that the new goblin leader wasn't knocked out by my shield strike, it was pretending to be!

This despicable guy had evaded my attention by pretending to be unconscious and crawled over while the others were distracting me. It then aimed a strike at my left leg. The curved blade, representing the goblin tribe's leader, was incredibly sharp and sliced through my leg bone with little obstruction.

Losing balance in battle is a terrifying thing. The other two goblins saw me fall and immediately rushed to beat me while I was down. A wooden club swung toward my head with a whoosh. I used my shield to block the club, but I couldn't counterattack due to the difficulty in moving. The other goblin, wielding a rusty short sword, thrust the tip downward, targeting my abdomen. I exerted all my strength, propped myself up with my right foot, and raised my body slightly. The short sword, originally aimed for my abdomen, missed its intended target and instead pierced through my right thigh, lodging itself in the ground.

"Die!" I uttered angrily and impaled the goblin pinned to the ground by my sword before it could jump away. Its grotesque smile froze on its face; it was its final expression.

Without time to hesitate, the wind blew again, and my head was struck heavily, causing my breathing to hitch. My head was attacked by a wooden club. Fortunately, the force wasn't strong, so I endured the dizziness. I flung my shield with my left hand, and the small round shield spun and collided with the goblin wielding the wooden club, causing its nose to bleed profusely. I wanted to give chase, but losing my left leg and being immobilized by the goblin that had impaled my right leg prevented me from getting up. Making a decisive move, I flung the short sword, and it pierced through the chest of the goblin wielding the wooden club...

"Aoo... Aoo... Aoo..."

Only the new goblin leader remained in the end, staring at me. In its green, eerie pupils, complex emotions of anger, fear, unwillingness, and hatred surfaced... Amidst various negative emotions, it dared not approach me anymore, who had lost weapons and mobility. Rather than saying it was cautious, it was more accurate to say it was cowardly and fearful.

I glanced at the purple-haired loli who sat on a rock with no expression. The solitary new goblin leader couldn't resist the temptation of a top-tier breeding tool in the end. It didn't escape; instead, it picked up a stone with its left hand from the ground and threw it at me with full force, even though we were 5-6 meters apart.

Goblins, a humanoid race that lives in the forest, don't have high intelligence, so their weapons are very primitive, belonging to the level of primitive savages on Earth. For savages, stones are an easily accessible artifact.

Therefore, one can say that every goblin is skilled at throwing stones.

Although the new goblin leader used its left hand to throw the stone, the stone it threw was fast and accurate, aimed straight at my head. To it, I, who had lost mobility, was just a live target. I quickly used both hands to block the flying stones, but just as I blocked one, another stone flew towards me...
