That night, I was summoned to the dean's office again for a summary of my first day of school.

"So, you've had a day of classes, how do you feel?" Loran asked me with a smile.

"Very tiring..." I replied with a bitter face.

"Couldn't keep up with our teaching?"

"Well, that's part of it, but the main problem wasn't there."

"Is that so? Actually, it's not so easy for me either. On your first day of school, I received at least fifty complaints and suggestions related to you." Loran said, taking out a stack of complaint letters.

"Um..."

Although I had expected it, I didn't think there would be so many.

"Let me read you a few." Loran pulled out one, "First, a complaint from teacher Mireya, saying you were staring at her body with a lewd gaze during class."

"No way! Which class did she teach?" I was a bit confused.

"She taught your third swordsmanship class today."

"Come on, that was a swordsmanship class! She demonstrated sword moves during class, how could I learn if I didn't watch her movements? Every student was looking, okay?" I rolled my eyes.

"Oh, I see. Well, this one, it's an anonymous complaint from a student. She says you deliberately sat within five meters of her in class, which made her feel very uneasy..." Loran pulled out another one.

"I just sat down normally for class, she didn't buy all the seats!" I replied angrily.

"This one is from the cafeteria staff. She says that no one will sit in any of the seats within five meters of where you sat, and since the cafeteria seating is very tight, she hopes you will stick to the same seat in the future."

"Fine, fine, I'll try my best to be careful." I sighed.

"This one is from an anonymous student, who said she hopes you can attend class with your eyes covered, because having eye contact with a beastman would make her insomnia at night."

"How can I attend class with my eyes covered? Isn't this making things difficult for me?"

"The next one is also from a student, who says that the breath of a beastman pollutes the air and she hopes you can stop breathing."

"That would kill me! Please don't ask for the impossible!" I couldn't take it anymore and held my head, howling at the sky, " Are all the people in this academy crazy? I haven't done anything out of line!"

"Haven't you? But now the whole academy is spreading rumors that you forced Princess Elissa to read a lewd book." Loran grinned at me.

"That's your fault!" I slammed my hands on the table.

"Shifting the blame is not the behavior of a responsible man." Loran shrugged, "Although I do have about five percent responsibility for this incident."

"It's entirely because of you, okay!" I glared at her, pounding the table, "It's only the first day, and everything is ruined."

"Don't worry, it's not that big of a deal."

"This doesn't count as a big deal?" I looked up in disbelief.

Loran waved her hand at me, "Calm down, I didn't expect you to reverse this kind of public opinion in just one day. Rumors are just rumors after all, and there's no evidence left behind from this incident. Beastmen have such a terrible inherent impression in Sedian, so a little more or less gossip does not matter. Even if we are questioned, as long as we deny it, no one can do anything to us."
