“Hahahaha!!”
“Heehee…”
Unlike Elyse’s loud laughter, even Yuna let out a laugh. Cyclone’s old face flushed red.
With both his wives laughing at him, Cyclone could only yell.
“Damn it! Do I still have to go to work tomorrow?”
Yuna and Elyse knew exactly what Cyclone had gone through at work. Even so, they nodded furiously.
“So my companion scared you stiff?”
“I’m kind of looking forward to Hilmirya joining us~”
After hearing what had happened at Cyclone’s workplace that morning, the two women began imagining all sorts of wicked scenarios.
If Hilmirya joined the family, Cyclone would surely be bullied even more.
“Tsk, tsk, tsk! By then, Hilmirya will definitely become very obedient!”
“Hehehe~” x2
While the two wives were laughing, Cyclone suddenly felt something rush toward his feet.
“Meow~”
“What the hell?! Where did this cat come from?”
There weren’t only new encounters outside.
There were new stories waiting at home, too.
A tiny black kitten had appeared beside his feet.
It was small, with black fur covering its entire body. Cyclone felt like he’d seen it somewhere before.
As he tried to remember, Elyse spoke up.
“The shop’s owner left, but this cat was left behind. It was so cute, so I decided to take it in~”
Elyse wasn’t allowed to go outside. So the shop she mentioned could only be the one Cyclone knew.
The same place where the whole family had gone last night—the “Seven Cats’ Rest Stop.”
“Well~ This cat is pretty cute, too. I agree that we should keep it.”
Unexpectedly, even Yuna agreed with her arch-enemy Elyse.
For a moment, Cyclone thought this was a sign that the heavens were about to change.
But he was only overthinking it. The next second, the two women were bickering again.
“Exactly! My Shakespeare is just like me—noble and adorable!”
Taking advantage of Yuna’s words, Elyse seized the chance to praise herself.
“What a shame~ It chose me last night. It even crawled into my arms before falling asleep~”
“It—it was just a coincidence!!”
Cyclone picked up the little black cat beside his feet.
“Look at that long, black tail. You’re probably going to capture the hearts of plenty of girls~ Hehehe~”
Cyclone grinned wickedly as he examined the kitten in his hands.
He hadn’t slept in his own room last night. He’d been busy training Hilmirya.
“So you came here last night… W-wait a second?!!”
Cyclone welcomed this new member of the family.
His favorite things were sexy, big-breasted women, but cuteness was also the ultimate law of this world.
Cyclone doubted he could think of a single reason to reject something cute, even if he spent his entire life trying.
But then he thought about it carefully.
Hadn’t this cat slept with his wives all night?
If so, hadn’t this damn cat put a green hat on his head?!
Cyclone stared at the black-furred kitten in his hands.
“You little homewrecker, don’t get too—huh?!!!”
“Just so you know, I really like this little cat.”
Ignoring Yuna’s opinion completely, Cyclone continued staring blankly at the kitten before him.
“Shakespeare is my only playmate. You can’t just abandon him whenever you feel like it!!”
Cyclone ignored Elyse’s command as well. He even turned around.
“You’re—you’re the one who helped me conquer seven cities in one night! You’re that Shock Cat, the great hero who changed everything?!”
“Meow~”
The Shock Cat, lifted high into the air by Cyclone, excitedly spread its paws.
“Huh?!”
“No way?!”
“Oh~ You two didn’t know? This was the cat that helped me understand the wonders of anesthetics~”
“Meow~”
The kitten had no idea what Cyclone was talking about, but the Shock Cat still gave an excited meow.
“Hehehe! Your name is Shock, right? Looks like you were drawn here by my holy sword~ Good, good~ From today onward, you’re my underling!”
“…”
“…” x2
After learning that the Shock Cat was the culprit behind Cyclone’s journey to conquering seven cities in one night, Yuna and Elyse fell completely silent.
At the same time, Elyse, the Shock Cat’s current owner, began shouting.
“Hey! His name is Shakespeare! I’m his owner!”
And so, before dinner, a farce completely unrelated to Kakarl continued.
