The deadly battle in the arena officially began.

Just like when the lion king of a pride dies, a group of young lions engage in a crazy free-for-all to establish dominance.

Armed with weapons provided by the spectators, even the onlookers who were initially reluctant to kill join the fray.

Some pick up axes, some grab wooden clubs, but regardless of what they are holding, they all attack their nearest opponent like madmen.

The scene is extremely chaotic, but with each strike, cheers erupt from the audience.

When someone falls, in the moment just before their death, a singular chant inevitably arises from the stands.

"Kill him! Kill him!"

Guided by the voice, someone always steps forward, using their weapon to finish off the fallen enemy.

The bloodier and more violent it gets, the more excited the chants become.

In this environment, the boxing youth is temporarily besieged by three opponents, but he defeats them one by one.

Meanwhile, Cyclone picks up a long sword and begins to survey his surroundings.

Amid the chaos, an inexplicable intuition tells him to brace himself as a chilling sensation creeps up on him from behind.

He swiftly turns to defend against a sneak attack from behind.

With a swift swing of his sword, Cyclone cuts off the assailant's left hand.

Blood spurts out like a fountain as a second enemy closes in from the side.

With eyes stained red, he advances towards Cyclone like a demon.

Fortunately, Cyclone had coincidentally learned some swordsmanship from Little Dragon before.

Despite his flawed footwork, he manages to fend off the attacks effectively.

After parrying, he strikes back and kills another opponent.

"Curses!"

Suddenly, a shout comes from behind.

Cyclone turns to see the boxing youth and the man who had killed the muscle man.

The man has one hand wrapped around the boxing youth's neck and a small knife poised to strike at his heart with the other hand.

In a bid for self-preservation, the boxing youth is forced to grasp the blade with his bare hands.

But holding the sharp blade with bare flesh is impossible.

As a result, blood slowly trickles down his arm, turning the struggle into a prolonged battle.

However, before this confrontation can escalate further, Cyclone steps in between the two men.

In a flash, the arena is reduced to three combatants, and if the two in front of Cyclone continue their standoff, he could easily strike them down with a single thrust.

After half a second of contemplation, Cyclone makes a decision.

He raises his sword high, ready to strike.

As he watches the blood spray and a figure rise from the ground, he declares, "I saved you, and now you owe me a debt."

Ignoring the uproar in the arena, Cyclone follows his conscience.

But his act of kindness is met with a retort from the boxing youth, "You tricked me once and now you've saved me once. I guess we're even now~"

"What?!"

Speechless, Cyclone realizes there exists another person in the world as unpredictable as himself.

It seems he has indeed made a mistake this time. Facing the boxing youth's raised fists, the cheers from the audience resurge.

With only two combatants left, one more death would end the match.

Alas, Cyclone sighs, realizing that a moment of mercy can only harm oneself.

Resigned to his fate, he grips his sword with both hands.

"Well, there's no turning back now."

As the two of them prepare to engage, a deafening sound reverberates through the arena.

The entire arena falls silent as Cyclone and the boxing youth simultaneously turn towards the source of the sound.

The massive iron gate that had kept everyone in is being rammed from the other side.

Each impact causes the heavy gate to sway slightly.

Upon the fourth strike, the gate is finally forced open.

A pitch-black massive beast bursts out from within.

A giant bear towering several feet above Cyclone now stands before him.
