315,

All eyes were focused on him, but his hands and feet were no longer shaking.

Cyclone couldn't turn back, and his words couldn't be taken back either.

No one responded, but Cyclone had already anticipated this outcome.

It wasn't that they didn't dare to respond. Cyclone's words were enough for these ministers to discuss for three whole days and nights.

But Cyclone was a minister personally appointed by King Allen, someone who was above all but under one.

This was Allen's hero, even if it was just a title.

So, without needing to speak, among these thrones, there would naturally be someone to respond to Cyclone's words.

As the beginning of the curse that would bring about the nation's downfall, as the ruler of the country, and also Cyclone's immediate superior, King Allen would undoubtedly respond.

"Cyclone...this joke has gone too far."

"Cyclone," even at this moment, King Allen still called himself that.

A pang of pain pulsed in his heart, this simple way of addressing him, which should have been ordinary.

When Cyclone first arrived in Allen City, he thought this way of being addressed was natural.

It wasn't until recently that Cyclone truly understood how kind His Majesty had been to him.

A king, the ruler of a nation, the highest authority, at the pinnacle of society, he didn't need to address others kindly.

From his position, his ministers and people all submitted to him.

At first, when only Cyclone, Sonja, and Daniel were around, Cyclone didn't think much of it when he heard King Allen calling someone by their name.

But in reality, it was King Allen's way of showing warmth towards someone. He saw that person as someone trustworthy, someone akin to a brother. In order to grant the other person the power to have an equal conversation, he called them by their name.

So when His Majesty still called him "Cyclone," it was enough to prove that, at this moment, he still considered Cyclone an important person.

But...Cyclone felt the same way. He trusted Allen, not just because he had people to protect, but because he believed Allen could truly create the "world of happiness" he described.

So Cyclone turned around and looked at the king with gentle eyes.

"Your Majesty, this time...it's not a joke."

Cyclone stared directly at King Allen.

"For the sake of a happy future, you must stop this execution."

King Allen didn't answer Cyclone, just as Cyclone had expected.

King Allen had already spoken, deeming Cyclone's joke to have gone too far and indicating that Cyclone's words should cease.

As the ruler of a country, he couldn't lecture a subordinate in front of his ministers, for there were many others under him to handle such matters. Only then could his noble identity be represented.

"You little brat! His Majesty has spoken, you shouldn't push it!"

"Yeah, who are you to say we should stop? How can we let the demons go!"

"That's right!! Demons are the enemies of the world, they embody evil. How can we give them a chance to harm our world again!"

"Demon...demon..."

Cyclone continued to look at King Allen, his gaze fixed in that moment.

"Does having horns on one's head automatically make them evil?" Cyclone asked, then turned to face the ministers. "The point is not the horns, even though the truth is still unclear. Five hundred years ago, demons caused an ancient war that claimed countless lives! How many of you even know about that?"

"It's a waste of time talking about this. He's just a farmer's son who probably hasn't even read any history," one minister interrupted.

To cut off their discussion, Cyclone clapped his hands abruptly. The sudden gesture left everyone momentarily confused. Using this moment to his advantage, Cyclone reclaimed the floor. "Oh, you're absolutely right!" he said, calmly admitting defeat to prevent the next minister from launching an attack. "I have no idea what a demon is or what they look like."

Cyclone stood confidently with his hands on his waist. "If it's not about the horns, then I would've thought you were the demons," he added, provoking a reaction from the ministers. "Hey!"

Four individuals stepped forward in response to Cyclone's comment. However, the nearby minister, not one to be underestimated, gently raised his hand and halted the impulsive ones. Yes, resorting to violence would be no different from admitting defeat.

"I may not know much about history, but I understand one thing," Cyclone approached the ministers. "As an ordinary person, I believe there are many despicable people in this world, especially the ugly ones." He paused when he mentioned certain keywords, casting a glance at a few individuals. "You!"

"And the ones with short swords," Cyclone continued, briefly looking at a few male ministers' lower regions. "What's this?!"

"And those who are wealthy," he added, before returning to his original position. "To me, the most detestable beings are those who act high and mighty in front of me."

Cyclone circled around in front of King Allen, then continued speaking. "But I have to ask, will my world become better once all the pretentious people are gone?"

Now the enemy of all, Cyclone moved on to the next step.
