"An Lisi..."

After school, I went to the apartment where An Lisi lived. Standing at the door, I knocked. My emotions were mixed and complicated. I came here reluctantly, but I couldn't ignore it either. So I was conflicted.

The door was quickly opened, and disheveled An Lisi appeared in front of me. She didn't look well and seemed weary, but she was still very happy to see me.

"Yoo-ge-ge..."

"May I come in?"

"Of course..."

I walked into the room, which was somewhat messy.

"Yoo-ge-ge, you came so suddenly that I haven't had a chance to tidy up the room," An Lisi said apologetically as she began to clean up.

"It's okay. I just came to talk about something and then leave."

An Lisi paused when she heard that.

"Then I'll make tea for you, Yoo-ge-ge," she said, running to the kitchen counter.

"No need."

An Lisi stopped again.

"Just listen to me for a moment, okay?"

"Okay..." An Lisi turned around and nodded.

"Why haven't you been going to school for the past few days?"

"I don't want to go..."

"Skipping school is not good, and it will cause problems for your homeroom teacher. I hope you go back to school."

"Is that why Yoo-ge-ge came to see me?"

An Lisi asked with a gloomy expression.

"Yes... I came to talk about that. I hope An Lisi can listen to me."

"Very cunning. Why do I have to listen to everything you say, Yoo-ge-ge, while you won't even listen to my small request? You're really cunning."

"I'm doing it for your own good."

"Yoo-ge-ge, you don't understand at all. You're just imposing your thoughts on me."

"...", I was stunned after hearing that.

"I don't want all this. I just want to be with you, Yoo-ge-ge. You are my pillar of strength and the courage for me to keep going. But you are so indifferent to me, as if you want to abandon me."

"I have never thought like that..."

"Then let me ask again, is Yoo-ge-ge willing to choose me and be with me?"

I didn't need to think about the answer. It naturally came out.

"No..."

"...", An Lisi lowered her head in silence.

I realized that there was no point in staying any longer, so before turning to leave, I told An Lisi, "I hope you can calmly think about it. If you encounter any difficulties, you can always come to me."

An Lisi didn't respond. I had said what needed to be said, and there was nothing else to say.

So I turned around and walked towards the hallway. However, as soon as I took the first step, my legs began to weaken, and the scene in my line of sight seemed to sway. Then I lost consciousness and fell to the floor.

When I woke up, aside from feeling a bit dizzy, I felt like my body was bound. The blurry images in my eyes gradually became clear.

I realized that I was tied to a chair. I struggled, but it only made my arms ache even more, and my mouth was gagged, preventing me from speaking smoothly.

When I looked straight ahead, I saw An Lisi smiling.

"Yoo-ge-ge, you're awake?" An Lisi walked over and brushed her fingertips against my cheek. "I'm really sorry for keeping you here in this way."

"The effects of the anesthesia probably haven't completely worn off. Yoo-ge-ge, please don't move."

An Lisi actually injected me with an anesthetic. I never expected that.

"Why, Big Brother You, why do you treat me like this? You know, ignoring me and neglecting me hurts my heart so much. It keeps me awake all night, unable to control myself. But I know deep down, this is not what you want. I know it's a curse cast by those fairies who want to take you away from me, to make you hate me. It's okay, no matter how much you dislike me, ignore me, all I want now is to heal you, to stay away from them, just like when you helped me overcome my addiction before.
