It was a Saturday.

ManranyamaSouren happened to have no business activities planned, finally having some free time after a long time.

Although the weather was not particularly good, just overcast with no sign of rain, it was cool and suitable for going out.

So ManranyamaSouren called up Usagi Yui and asked her to go to a dessert shop in the afternoon.

Usagi Yui also had no club activities that day (since entering high school, she continued to participate in the Kyudo club without hesitation), and cheerfully agreed to ManranyamaSouren's invitation.

At three o'clock that afternoon, ManranyamaSouren arrived promptly at the entrance of a popular dessert shop in Kyoto city.

However, when she entered the shop and walked into the reserved private room, she was taken aback.

She had expected the room to be empty, or just Usagi Yui alone.

But...

The private room was occupied by Usagi Yui, Usagi Yuki, Koga Mizuo, Katagiri Mai, and Dojou Mei.

On the table was a banana split ice cream bowl that was already one-third eaten.

Seeing this scene, ManranyamaSouren briefly thought she had entered the wrong room.

It wasn't until she saw Usagi Yui's apologetic expression that she understood.

Usagi Yui put her hands together and mouthed silently to ManranyamaSouren, "I'm sorry, truly sorry, I don't know how this happened."

ManranyamaSouren could only smile helplessly and graciously sat down.

Here's what happened.

When Usagi Yui was preparing to go out, she encountered Yuki and Mizuo who had just woken up from a nap.

Naturally, they asked, "Sister, are you going out? Where are you going?"

Without thinking, Usagi Yui replied, "I'm going to the dessert shop to eat with Miss ManranyamaSouren."

Upon hearing this, the two just-awakened little angels (or rather an angel and a little devil) immediately woke up and clung to Usagi Yui's legs, insisting on going together.

Unable to resist these two little cuties, Usagi Yui had to bring them along, thinking that if it were to discuss something important, ManranyamaSouren would have asked her to bring along Chongzong, but for casual chat, having the two little ones wouldn't hurt.

And so, the Usagi siblings set off.

Upon arriving at the dessert shop, Usagi Yui spotted a familiar figure—Katagiri Mai holding a wailing young girl, looking a bit lost in the dessert shop.

After inquiring, Usagi Yui found out that the crying girl was Katagiri Mai's little sister, Itsumina, who was upset because she wanted to eat the banana split ice cream but there were no available seats in the dessert shop.

Seeing Xiaowei sobbing uncontrollably, Uesugi Yui couldn't just stand by and do nothing, so she invited Katagiri Mai and Xiaowei into the box together.

Then she ordered a deluxe banana boat ice cream to calm Xiaowei down and stop her tears.

Everyone started eating soon after, as ice cream would melt if not eaten quickly.

The splendid ice cream not only looked beautiful, but with each bite, its dense texture, rich creamy flavor, and sweet fruitiness enveloped their tender tongues, making them unable to resist.

Just as they were unable to resist, Manranyama Souren arrived and watched their enjoyment expressionlessly.

Manranyama Souren picked up the menu and smiled as she asked everyone.
