Under Yan's command, the preparation for the experiment began. Several young individuals, dressed in white lab coats and appearing as assistants, entered from unknown places at unknown times. Following Yan's or Dr. Murata's instructions, they operated the instruments and equipment in this spacious laboratory, or moved equipment around.

Their high level of coordination made one wonder if everything had been rehearsed in advance. Of course, that was impossible; Yan was not someone who would waste their time on such trivial matters. The smooth progress of the experiment preparation was due to Yan's outstanding leadership skills, as well as the exceptional quality of the assistants.

After all, although the experiments conducted here would not be made public in the short term, their significance could not be ignored. It was precisely because of this that they were able to gather such talented individuals.

Ziong MingDe poured himself a glass of water, sat in a corner of the laboratory, and watched the busy people. His current state of mind was surprisingly calm. It was a different kind of calmness from when he first entered this research institute, where he had forcefully tried to stay calm. Now, his wishes had been fulfilled, and everything had been settled.

Within his reach, he had accomplished all the goals he could. There was nothing to regret or lament. If it were someone else, at this moment, they might have regrets like, "If only I had worked harder, I could have done better now," or "If I were stronger, things wouldn't be like this now." But not Ziong MingDe.

Ziong MingDe rarely had regrets. He always did his best to do things to the best of his abilities, and because of this, he seldom had regrets. For things that had already happened, he accepted them since they were already in the past. For things in the future, he prepared fully and did his best. And for things in the past, he analyzed, reflected, and summarized, then stored them in the warehouse of his memory. Instead of tormenting himself with flashes of mistakes made in the past.

"Mr. Ziong MingDe, please come over here to help us adjust the equipment parameters." A young man in his twenties or thirties approached Ziong MingDe with a very respectful attitude.

In general, service providers politely treat customers as a matter of professional conduct. For example, polite treatment of customers by restaurant waiters or flight attendants is a matter of professional conduct, aiming to create more benefits for their industry, company, or team. It is not because they genuinely respect the customers.

Without understanding, what is respect? Courteous expressions and smiles are actually a professional poker face. However, it is different here.

Whether it was Dr. Murata's courtesy towards Ziong MingDe from the beginning or the respectful attitude of this young man whose name had not even been introduced, it all came from a genuine respect. They held a respectful attitude towards Dr. Murata, this young man in his twenties or thirties, and every member of the experimental team present because they understood Ziong MingDe.

To them, Ziong MingDe was first and foremost a cognitive presence as an experimental sample. In accordance with the experimental requirements and professional qualities, they needed to thoroughly understand Ziong MingDe: his physical condition, qualities, and abilities, as well as his past, personality, and other mental aspects.

After understanding and realizing all these, Ziong MingDe elevated from a mere "experimental specimen" to a complete "human" in their eyes.

Based on this, they developed a sense of respect for Ziong MingDe.

They knew how extraordinary of a person Ziong MingDe was.

"Well, please make sure I can lie down comfortably for a while."

As relaxed as going on vacation, Ziong MingDe walked towards their own execution ground.
