The attacking demon soldiers successfully broke through the gates of the Eulysis City, flooding into the city even without my presence. They were already incredibly powerful, which pleased me. However, when our demon army rushed into Eulysis City, all the humans in the city unexpectedly rose up in resistance. But they were as fragile as paper in the face of our army of over ten thousand demons. Some soldiers were responsible for guarding the gates and occupying the walls, slaughtering all the humans on top. The heavy sound of iron hooves boomed and rolled as we became increasingly nervous with the overwhelming number of humans. In order to survive, our demon soldiers swung their weapons and let out deafening cries. I floated in the air with my wings emitting a faint light. Tomato sauce splattered everywhere below the city, and it was my first time witnessing the massacre of a city. Men, women, children, innocent or guilty, all died in the hands of our demon soldiers, who had to do so in order to seize Eulysis City and defend against the 600,000 human reinforcements. Of course, I had to help them and avoid killing all of the city's people. Every demon soldier was stained with blood, occupying various city gates of Eulysis and quickly replacing the humans. Eventually, the humans of Eulysis City were powerless to fight back, and even the remaining survivors were no longer effective in battle. Our survival was at stake, and a loss would result in total obliteration. Therefore, all the demon soldiers followed the commands of their commanders methodically without making any mistakes. However, even if we did our best, time was running out, and the humans were finally at our doorstep. From high above in the sky, I looked down upon the human army, unable to see the end of them, and the Eulysis city we had captured seemed insignificant compared to the surround of over 600,000 humans. There was no time to prepare for any city defense equipment like magic formations, traps, archery towers, etc. After the fight with the 200,000 residents of Eulysis City, we demon soldiers suffered heavy losses, and the army estimate had dropped to the thousands. The four gates of Eulysis City were closed again, and humans swarmed like waves, hitting the walls of Eulysis City. We demons resisted the human counterattack with all our might. They had no one who could fly like me to the top of the wall, and could only rely on siege weapons to climb the wall. We demons could easily fend them off. If there were hot air balloons flying overhead, I would shoot them down. I was not foolish enough to fly directly into the midst of hundreds of thousands of humans, but stayed above Eulysis City to support the demon soldiers in pushing back humans trying to climb the walls. However, the walls were constantly under attack, and it was a problem. I was worried that if this continued, the humans would eventually break through our walls, and the demons would be seriously affected without the protection of the walls. But charging out of the city gate to fight humans was not the best strategy either. Fortunately, we had 90,000 soldiers who survived the city massacre, yet we were still facing over 600,000 human soldiers. It was a slim chance, even with my presence, that we could guarantee victory. If we failed, we would lose everything. Hence, we chose to hold out in Eulysis City, waiting for reinforcements from the other two lines. Even if we only had 300,000 demon soldiers, I was confident that I could lead them to overthrow the human army with over a million soldiers. We had to hold out until reinforcements arrived. In order to buy time, I took several risks to fly to the city gate and blow up the human soldiers who were trying to advance. I would blow them up and then quickly fly away. It was a cheap trick, but it worked well. We had already fought with the humans twice – once attacking the city, and the other resisting the human sneak attack at their camp. This was where the physical prowess of the demon soldiers played a role. They showed no signs of exhaustion, but only grew more passionate and high-spirited in the battle. The deafening drumming and screaming mixed with the clashing of cold weapons made it an unforgettable experience.Even in the face of such a massive human army, the few tens of thousands of surviving demon soldiers showed no signs of fear. Each soldier's eyes shimmered with confidence and valor. This is the morale of our demon clan.
Since ancient times, the demon clan has been able to dominate over humans not only due to their physical abilities, but also due to a certain spirit - a belief that the demon clan will always emerge victorious.
I almost forgot - prior to the reform of the demon clan, they were always a warrior tribe, and now their wildness is finally unleashed on the battlefield. This is the glory of the demon clan, and losing to humans is something they have never believed in.
