Iris returned to the palace with Federer. As soon as they entered the hall, a maid greeted them.

"Your Majesty," the maid respectfully said, then looked at the dark object in Iris's arms, "Is this your new pet?"

"Well..." Iris pondered for a moment before nodding, "No, it's a contract beast I found alone in the wilderness. Its name is Scarecrow and I found it in a ruin."

"I see," the maid had a sudden realization and asked, "Do you have any other orders?"

"No. You may leave for now," Iris waved her hand.

"Yes!" The maid nodded slightly, then left.

After the maid left, Iris placed Federer on the sofa and carefully examined it. Although Federer was completely black, it was not ugly. On the contrary, it appeared somewhat adorable. It closed its eyes and allowed Iris to observe it.

"Starting tomorrow, you will learn to speak properly so that you can communicate with other demons," Iris instructed casually. She knew that Federer couldn't speak, but it should be able to understand.

Then, Iris placed Federer in the study and returned to her bedroom to sleep.

Once Iris left, Federer entered a state of dormancy. It was a fear demon that could restore its demonic form and bring endless terror to the Ruined Land continent by absorbing enough power of fear.

As Iris returned to the bedroom, Yar embraced her. "My Lord Demon Emperor, Yar wants a reward. If you don't give Yar a reward, Yar won't let go."

Yar held Iris tightly, burying her pretty face against her back, as if acting spoiled.

"Sigh..." Iris sighed helplessly, knowing that she would be pestered.

"Then tell me what kind of reward you want," Iris said gently. Yar's clinginess was a bit overwhelming, and she couldn't refuse. If she refused Yar, she would definitely throw a tantrum, and Iris didn't want that.

"Yar wants... Yar wants the Demon Emperor to step on Yar's face with your feet," Yar's voice trembled with excitement.

"Uh..." Iris's forehead started to sweat. She didn't expect Yar to make such a perverted request.

"No, absolutely not," Iris firmly refused.

"If you want the horse to run, you have to give it grass to eat. But if the Demon Emperor doesn't give any rewards, Yar won't do it," Yar's tone became increasingly agitated.

"Alright, alright, I'll give you a reward." Iris compromised.

Iris planned to step on Yar forcefully as a retaliation for the perverted request she had made earlier.

Shortly after, Iris sat on the edge of the bed while Yar knelt by her feet, extending her arms and taking off her shoes and socks, exposing her fair and delicate feet to the air.

"My Lord Demon Emperor, come," Yar said expectantly, lying down on the ground and waiting for the Demon Emperor's teasing.

Iris stood up, lifted her slender leg and lightly stepped on Yar's blushing face, slowly moving downward.

"Smack!"

The fair foot paused at Yar's lips. Iris looked down at Yar, and Yar looked up at her, locking eyes.

"Are you sure?" Iris asked softly.

"Of course!" Yar answered without hesitation.

"Since you insist on it, I'll grant your wish, Yar," Iris smirked, raising the corner of her mouth, then she lifted her foot and stomped down fiercely.

"Yi..." A sound of utmost comfort came, Yar's face had turned completely red, and she gently bit the elegant toes of the demon emperor between her lips.

Iris's toes were slender and round, with nails shaped like crescent moons, crystal clear and exceptionally beautiful. Her toes were delicate and exquisite.

Iris's toes curled slightly and she could feel resistance from Yar, but she remained calm.

"Hmph? Yar, you know pain too, that's enough..." Iris tilted her face slightly, tossing her beautiful silver-white long hair tied behind her head, and calmly spoke.

As Yar's throat trembled delicately, she also sniffed the faint fragrance from Iris's sole due to her intense breathing. Yar could not help but stick out her tongue and lightly lick the slightly red sole that was close to her cheek, repeatedly licking the sensitive sole with her sweet, saliva-laden tongue. This inadvertently gave rise to a strange emotion in Iris, her heart racing, body temperature rapidly rising, even her ears turning red.

"Yar... you can play by yourself!!! Why did you bring me into this?!" Iris endured the surging fire within her, glaring at Yar with annoyance.

"Hehehe~" Yar lightly played with Yingyuan's feet, accompanied by a crisp laughter.

In order to maintain her composure, Iris stopped rewarding Yar and instead carried her in her arms, walking towards the door.

Just when Yar thought the Demon Emperor might do something to her,

She suddenly found herself being thrown onto the cold ground, "Today's reward ends here."

As Iris finished speaking, she closed the door and went to take a shower, leaving Yar sitting on the floor in a daze for a while.

"This Yar is really a great pervert." Iris muttered to herself, her ears still slightly burning.

As the cold water poured over her, Iris's hot body gradually cooled down. She took a deep breath and put on her bathrobe.

"Chaos, how did you handle it before?" Iris asked.

"If you have a request for Yar, it's natural for her to be rewarded. Although her requests may be a little unreasonable, you can overcome the difficulties and satisfy her. I usually take Yar to the battlefield together, and there's no need for something like guarding the base camp. Wherever we, demons, go, that's our base camp," Chaos patiently answered Iris's question.

"..." Iris fell into silence again, "Forget it, asking you is pointless." Afterward, Iris lay on the bed, contemplating her future plans, while Yar had been forgotten.

...

The next day, the gentle morning light spilled over the earth as the golden sun slowly rose from the east, pouring its radiance onto the land.

As Iris lay on her bed, she suddenly opened her eyes, looking toward the window, sensing the wind outside.

The wind blew against the glass, causing ripples and disturbing her.

"Huh?" Iris furrowed her brows slightly, "This gentle breeze should not be enough to open the window."

The next moment, Iris put on her clothes and stood next to the window, her eyes flickering, her pupils reflecting a silver-haired girl with an anxious expression.

Seeing Iris standing at the window, the girl quickly ran away, not even bothering to close the window.

"Hehe." Iris chuckled lightly. "Lilia, you really look like a foolish child. If Lilia fully recovers her memories, would she find a hole to crawl into?"

Iris glanced at the time. It was now 6:30 in the morning, and after finishing her breakfast, she called in a high-ranking demon named Saifen.

"Saifen, how is the training of the three hundred death row prisoners? How strong are their combat abilities?" Iris said indifferently, without any emotional fluctuations in her tone.

"Your Majesty, after a year of rigorous training, there have been fifteen deaths, and the remaining two hundred and eighty-five death row warriors have reached the level of high-ranking or above, with hand-to-hand combat abilities comparable to the demon legion." Saifen truthfully replied, with a hint of reverence in his tone.

"That's good." Iris nodded. "Inform Dugu that he will be in charge of this batch of Shadow Guards, responsible for protecting the safety of the palace, especially my sister Ling. Her safety must be ensured."

"Yes, Your Majesty." Saifen said respectfully.

After Saifen left, Iris spoke first. "We should also go find the key." She took out the key Ria had given her from her pocket.

The end of the key had a magical barrier that, to Iris, seemed like an illusion.

"Hum~" Suddenly, the surface of the key rippled with a blue-purple ripple. Immediately after, the map of the Elven Temple appeared.

"So it's hidden here? It's a bit troublesome." Iris muttered, rubbing her chin.

"It's not very difficult to find. After opening the door of the Elven Temple, you will face a demonized elven general. He is under the command of the third-generation Your Majesty of the Elven race, and his strength should not be underestimated." Chaos said.

"He's quite old, I wonder if he will be a pile of bones when we meet."

"I can tell you clearly that he won't be. The key has already transformed his race, and his lifespan and combat power have greatly increased. Plus, with the nourishment of millions of years of the key, his strength will not be weaker than the demon generals. I can't speculate on who he can compare with specifically."

"Let's consider it a recovery training then." Iris said calmly. "If we can't defeat him, I'll just run away. Then I'll have little Baixi inform the demon generals to come and annihilate him."

With that, Iris flew towards the direction of the Elven Temple.
